Location , Location , Location , This beautiful Home is located in the heart of the Poconos, for those looking to have an amazing and Peaceful experience
The home is perfect for any lover of skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing in the great outdoors .
The House is located in Long Pond, easy access to Camelback Mountain Resort (15 Mins) and Kalahari Resort (10 Mins). There are hiking trails , lakes , Pocono Raceway (10 min)I Alvins Offroad Playground (2 min) and so much more.
This home is Modern, charming, cozy, peaceful - this house is the perfect place for your dream vacation during every season in the Pocono Mountains !
ENTRY/EXIT & SECURITY :
We have a coded keypad for easy access check-in, check-out. There is an outdoor security camera that provides a view of just the driveway. The property Manager lives 10 Minutes away and can be there if there is any issues.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Spacious outdoors, furnished wrap around Deck, Grill and fire pit.
INDOOR LIVING: modern décor, flat-screen TV, Sky lights ,sofa, plenty of natural light, 2 full Bathrooms.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS :
Bedroom 1(Master w/ Full Bathroom) - 1 Queens size bed and futon - sleeps 3
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen size bed - sleep 2
Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen size beds - sleep 2
Bedroom 4 - 2 Twin size (bunk) with futon - sleeps 3
Total accommodates - 10 people
GENERAL: Wi-Fi, cable, washer/dryer, hairdryers, linens/towels, key-less entry
PARKING: Driveway in front of property can fit up to 5 cars maximum.
Policies:
- Trash must be removed by guests upon check-out of the property and placed in the kitchen , the cleaning lady will dispose of the trash.
- Exterior Camera has been installed for security and verification. There are NO cameras inside the home.
- No smoking
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Pets allowed with a fee of $50 per dog (2 maximum with approval)
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Damage fees and penalties for missing items may be applied towards your security deposit.
