Relaxing Getaway

We loved the condo, very comfortable. It had everything we wanted and needed. Ordering linens was a good idea because then we didn’t need to bring them with us.

Wonderful vacation getaway

Amazing condo with many amenities needed to make a perfect vacation. On the beach with indoor and outdoor pools make it ideal. Close to many restaurants and activities. Mai HOA was in constant communication and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

Simply amazing

Traveling with a family from ages 72 to 15 is never easy. However the property was fantastic along with the communication with the owner. The shopping the restaurants, the balcony with views of the ocean and bay we could not get enough of. The 3 bedrooms were just perfect for our group. This was our first time to the ocean city and staying in a condominium. The property was just perfect I would highly recommend. We are so thankful you have shared your piece of paradise. Thank you.

Modern Experience

We have been going to OCMD for over 40 years. We have stayed at various condos and homes, and this was by far the most modern and great experience. The owners were on the ball. If we had any questions, they were quick to get back to us. The place itself was fantastic! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was modern and had a wine/beverage fridge. The storage locker with chairs and more made it easier to pack for the trip and not have to over pack with more chairs. The place had some starters or even left behind products to help with keeping things clean. The views were nice to the beach and the deck furniture was great, having a high top table. There were multiple TV's so my kids were happy and they were SMART TV's so could log in to any of our favorite streaming platforms. We had no issues with elevators, which were speedy and clean; parking was a breeze. The pool area, both indoor and outdoor, was nice too. It was just an overall great experience, and I highly recommend the usage of this condo and plan to use it again in the future.

Great condo!

We had a great trip being able to stay at this lovely condo. It is always refreshing and nice to be able to work directly with the owner vs a rental Company. Mai was very easy to work with and immediately available for anything. The condo building is very nice and elegant. Check in was super easy with Mai and the building. We were literally in and out with our luggage. The luggage bins in the lobby were also awesome vs the standard luggage cart. Great for groceries too.

Beach Paradise

We had an amazing time! The condo was perfect! Fantastic view of the beach and all amenities were wonderful. Mai Hoa was the perfect host. She was in constant communication with us. We look forward to being able to stay here again!

Wonderful property, Responsive owner

This property has every convenience. Close to the beach, easy check-in, lots of amenities, ample parking, and a very responsive host. The unit was spacious enough for a family of 10. Here was an easy access storage area fully stocked with beach items. The view from the balcony was spectacular and a favorite spot for morning coffee. Looking forward to our return.

Vacation stay

Our stay ways very comfortable. Very clean and all appliances are new and updated. Lots of room with a great view. Property management was on top of everything and made sure I had an easy an great stay! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing vacation

The property and location were perfect, awesome balcony, spacious condo, walking distance to plenty of locations. I would say that the cleanliness wasn’t bad but it wasn’t perfect but everything else was amazing!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and fit our family of 8 very nicely. The property owner answered the questions we had promptly. The side balcony was our favorite morning and evening spot to view the ocean. Conveniently located and walking distance to many nice restaurants.

What a fabulous condo and location!

This condo was so convenient for our family. It had an indoor and outdoor pool and the beach was directly outside of the property. It’s walking distance from mini golf, souvenirs, ice cream, restaurants/bars, and a candy store. It has gorgeous views and was very peaceful/quiet. Mai was an outstanding host. She gave us clear instructions during the booking, leading up to our stay, and even helped us coordinate towels and linens for our unit. When I had questions, she answered within hours and checked on our stay. The unit was extremely clean and accommodated our 7 guests perfectly. Thanks, Mai! We will be back.

Beautiful Unit and Great Experience

This was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Communication was excellent with quick responses to questions. And the unit is great. It was clean and well furnished. The full kitchen and cookware was great to make some meals at home. The master bedroom and bathroom is luxurious. It made for a very comfortable stay at the beach! Thank you for a great week!

Amazing condo

We just got back from a week long stay at this condo and it was absolutely amazing, none of us wanted to leave! We were able to comfortably fit our family of 5, plus my in-laws for the week. I know that technically it can sleep way more than 7, but we all like to have our space and this condo was more than big enough to allow for that. A huge added perk for us is that 48th street has the blue handicapped access mats down to the beach, which is perfect for our disabled daughter. The owner was great about communicating with us and check in and out was a breeze. We can’t wait to come back next year!
