Great location in mid-town Ocean City with easy walks to the beach and many dining establishments and fun family attractions.

Get lost on vacation with lots of fun and relaxation at Ocean Bliss 301, a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo on 51st street in mid-town Ocean City - less than a five minute walk to the beach, Candy Kitchen, Dumser's, Seacret's, Macky's and many other Ocean City favorites.

Our open concept condo features a kitchen, dining, and living space, complete with granite countertops, bright lighting, a table that seats 8, updated furniture, and a spacious balcony, great for enjoying the early mornings and late evenings, as well as partial views of both the ocean and bay. We take great pride in the amenities our condo offers, as we want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy their vacation in comfort.

Condo rental includes use of elevator, passes for two parking spaces in the condo parking garage, access to the outdoor rooftop pool, and an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off when returning from the beach.

Ocean Bliss 301 sleeps 12, includes free Wi-Fi, Central A/C, Washer/Dryer, and 5 TVs/1 DVD player. No smoking, and no pets, please.

PLEASE NOTE: All linens, bedding, and towels are at the responsibility of the renter. Renters must bring their own, or rent from a local linen agency. Renter is also responsible for bringing consumable supplies such as: garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.

This property is only available for weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday, and FlexStay during off-season (3 night minimum).

Great Rental All Around

The unit was exactly as described. Very good layout and everything was in good condition. The deck is large and the living room is an open design. Perfect for a large group to all be together. Location is great. Close to beach and a bunch of good restaurants and bars.

The location and unit was wonderful. We did have a problem with the garbage disposal, but the owners were responsive when we wrote to inform them of the issue. Unfortunately, we had to live with it during our stay. If it were not for the broken garbage disposal, we would have given 5 stars. I

Excellent location and Amazingly Clean Condo!

This is our 2nd year renting this property in Ocean Bliss. It is centrally located, parking is great: under cover. The owner is responsive for questions. The condo is well stocked and very clean. Everything you need for a family vacation in one spot. Walking distance is a plus to whatever you need.

Overall we were very happy. Lots of room & very convenient location. The elevator & cart in the unit make unloading & loading up at the end of the week easy. The few things that were disappointing were that the pool was not working. A pool is a factor when booking a place to stay. Another issue, is that we were not aware that the unit was not cleaned at 3 at check in. Upon arrival, there was a cart in the garage area, so we used it to unload our vehicle & proceeded up to the unit to be met by the cleaning crew. Had we known, we wouldn't have started to unload, At that point it was too late. So it ended up that we were in each others way.

Ocean Bliss 301 7/28/22-8/6/22

My family and I (wife and 4 kids ages 17-9) stayed in Ocean Bliss 301 just last week. The unit is as advertised on VRBO and the pictures are 100% accurate. The condo is actually quite larger than the pictures lead you to believe. The location of the condo is perfect! A short walk (1/2 a block) to the beach, to some top restaurants, and night life. The midtown location is also perfect as it is a short drive up to North OC, Downtown, or West OC. The pool was a hit with the kids and was quite warm! The owner was also very receptive to and responded promptly to any inquiries we had. We had some significant thunderstorms a few times and our beach supplies got blown around the exterior hallway. Unfortunately, this or your car are the only place to store your beach supplies. This is no way a deal breaker, or no fault of the owner (as the condo association may not allow for owner lockers or storage lockers), but something to think about. We also encountered some other minor issues that we let the owner know about in our departure paperwork. Which i am pretty much 100% sure that they have taken care of those issues by now. Over all, we enjoyed our stay at Ocean Bliss 301 and would definitely consider renting the condo again. We have been vacationing in OC for the better part of 15 years and this unit is definitely in our top 3 favorite condos we have stayed in! Cheers, KW

Great location

Our family stay was wonderful despite some poor weather. So close to the beach, we couldnt beat it! We had some minor issues but they were dealt with pretty much immediately. Abigail was wonderful with replying to any question I had.

Awesome place for large family right in the heart of mid-town OC. We had 10 people from ages 3 to 70. Plenty of room for all of us.
