It was everything I could have hoped for. Great communication, Gary was with me all the way. Perfect check in instructions, had several messages before and after my stay and seems to be a genuine guy. Great location, convenient parking space and the set up of the condo was great. Never heard a sound from my neighbors, probably the best stocked kitchen I have rented. Beach set up was great and easy. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Perfect Vacay for Family!

This unit is exactly as advertised. The location was easy to access the beach, public transportation and an easy walk to coffee shops, markets, and ice cream parlors. We will definitely be looking to book this same unit in future trips to Siesta Key.

This was the best place for us to stay on Siesta Key! The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and so was the living room furniture. The beach is excellent- the sand is like soft sugar. The beach is also very wide so there was lots of room. It never felt crowded. The washer and dryer are right next door and that was very convenient. Just a great place for us!!

We enjoyed out stay!

We had a great stay! The beach and location were exceptional—just steps away and close to everything. The apartment was nice and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and good-quality hardware. It was quiet at night, which made for a relaxing stay. The only downsides were that there was just one elevator, which sometimes took a while, and I wish the master bedroom had a king-sized bed instead of a queen one. Overall, a great experience!

Great stay at Crescent arms

Gary was a great host - condo was in great condition and it had everything we needed. The building itself is old and dated but the individual property was great. Gary was also very responsive to all my questions through my stay.

The condo offered everything needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
