Short Boat ride to Open Water. Heated Pool (Solar pool roof panels) and Hot Tub. Dock. Covered Patio and Garden. Bikes & kayaks. TV in each bedroom.
Close to Cape Harbour, Restaurants & Shops off of Pelican just in 7-minutes drive.

There are no pets allowed at this property, only by very special request.
The pool does not have a barrier, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas. Solar pool heater depends on environment temperature and sunlight activity.
