Welcome to our spacious condo, located directly facing the beautiful Crane's Bay. Our units, all measuring over 1600 sq. ft., offer an ideal getaway for families or groups.
Each condo features two Bedrooms and two Bathrooms. The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, and the living area includes a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of full-size appliances, including a toaster, blender, teapot, coffeepot, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. An in-unit Stackable W/D is also available for use.

Disclaimer: The elevator will be undergoing repair for about five weeks starting July 7. It will be inaccessible, and stairs will be needed to access the unit.

Please be advised that the property will be undergoing renovations to windows and sliding glass doors. While every effort will be made to minimize disruptions, some daytime noise may occur during this period.

We anticipate completing all work before Thanksgiving. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we enhance the property.

Outdoor Amenities: Relax in our heated outdoor pool and whirlpool, available from dawn to dusk.
Recreational Facilities: Make the most of our tennis and pickleball courts. Inquire at check-in about our limited availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, helmets, tennis equipment, and fishing gear.
Entertainment Options: The lobby offers a selection of books, games, and videos for your enjoyment.
Picnic and BBQ Area: Savor outdoor dining in our designated picnic area with barbecue grills.

Parking: No campers, motor homes, or trailers allowed. Contact our office for storage options.
Smoking: Prohibited inside units; permitted on balconies and in designated areas.
Pets: Not allowed on the property.
Occupancy: Maximum of six guests per unit, including children.
House Rules: No pets, smoking/vaping, or parties.
Photos: Balcony and views vary by unit.
Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to rent and check in.
Amenities: Maintenance may occur; our team works quickly to address any issues.
