With the comfort of our newly renovated home, with all new appliances, it comes fully furnished with everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home. You can relax by the pool and enjoy the spectacular Disney fireworks.
The space
Within a short driving distance, you can reach Knott’s Berry Farm, Downtown Orange, Downtown Fullerton, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Discovery Science Center and Museums. Outside of Orange County, you can drive to Los Angeles for Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Santa Monica, Malibu and Venice just to name a few.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. If you are looking to have parties, gatherings, intending on playing loud music outside/anything that could disturb neighbors or exceeding maximum capacity, this is not the place for you.

- Rvs and Trailers or any kind are strictly prohibited
*City mandated “Quiet Time” from 10pm to 9am. Outdoor facilities including pool and patio are off limits during this time.
*Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation
*NO SMOKING of any kind, inside or outside premise. Any trace will be subject to additional charge
*Check-ins/Check-outs on major holidays may incur additional cleaning fees
-If you do not follow checkout checklist instructions, there will be an additional fee
*Must be 21 years old or older to book with us
*All reservations are subject to an additional $500 Rules Deposit
-Deposit is fully refundable for reservations that follow all rules and regulations
*When you first arrive, there will be a form for the renter to read and sign stating they understand house rules and liability that needs to be placed in the mailbox within the first day of arrival.
-If form is not signed and placed in mailbox within the first day or arrival, there will be $250 deducted out of the deposit

*There is a 15% City of Anaheim Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of total booking effective on all reservations that are NOT included in the original quote that will be collected after booking is confirmed

-Trash pick-up is every Tuesday. Cleaners will pull out bins Monday night without disturbing guests
