1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise, please choose another home.
2/ The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.
3/ QUIET HOURS are from 10PM - 8AM.
4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.
5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY
6/ Owner and host are NOT responsible for any missing packages sent to the property.
7/ NO PETS PLEASE. Service dog needs to be disclosed and approved prior to arrival with documentation. If we find any types of pets present, damage cost will be $500 per pet per night. No exceptions!
8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front door and OUTSIDE of garage door for security purposes.
9/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!
10/ The property has stairs. Please watch your kids carefully and be cautious at all times as host/owner will NOT be liable for anything happens to you or your group on the premises. Guests to consider obtaining travel insurance for their safety concerns.
