The Boat House is one of three sister bungalows located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in the heart of Ventura's quaint beachside community. A short drive to Ojai, Oxnard, Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito, and Santa Barbara. Rent one or all three Birdbath Bungalows depending on the size of your party. Each property is equipped with private gates that can be locked or opened to share the space.
Enjoy your stay in this beautifully styled 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home with a fully-equipped kitchen and serene garden space. Sip your morning espresso or evening cocktail on the front porch or back deck, around the gas fire pit, or at the picnic table. Fully renovated in 2023, The Boat House Bungalow was curated with the highest quality and style in mind.
Guests have full access to their securely gated bungalow including a sunny front porch with mountain views and spacious backyard with citrus and palm trees. Plus two designated off-street parking spaces.
