Brand new 2 bedroom apartment style space for rent. Whether you’re visiting for work or pleasure you’ll be conveniently located with a view. Within short walking distance to one of many local coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop, post office and much more. This apartment backs up to the biking trail that can take you for miles up around the lake and through some of the many historical covered bridges. Just a few miles out of town there are many hiking trails and water falls to visit, within 15 minutes of two recreational lakes. And for those wine enthusiast King Estates Winery is a short drive over the hill with breathtaking views of the Willamette Valley.

Clean, great space, conveniently located. Kitchen was very well stocked. Laundry was so convenient. Only down side was 1 AC unit in the dining room and the bedrooms got a little hot.

We’ve stayed twice now at this property and each time has been a great experience. The space is very clean, new, and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The hosts were great, very prompt with communication and made sure our stay went well. The location is very conveniently located, close to downtown and just down the street from several restaurants and a grocery store. If you are a cyclist or runner/walker there is a wonderful bike path just behind the property that goes all the way to Lake Dorena that we used daily. Easy on off the freeway. Very quiet complex, did not hear any neighbors at all. Great place to stay with everything you need!

A lot of positives: kitchen very well appointed, spacious, unit was very clean. Negatives: unit is on 3rd floor which is a lot of carrying up and down if you have “stuff” (we did), front door is heavy and kept sticking, lock box was wonky, unit is very sterile with cold rug less floors and minimal decor, and despite them having is separate trash/recycling, we couldn’t find an apartment recycling bin (they request you take garbage out to dumpsters.) So it is a fair, but not great vrbo, at least for us and for that price.
