This home is super clean, well stocked and has everything you need to feel at home. Designer touches throughout with both antiques and all the right modern amenities. Both bedrooms provide a super comfortable bed with nightstands, lamps, mirrors and ample spots to charge all your devices. Additionally, the private back yard boasts a Hot tub, BBQ, Patio table/ umbrella, and a gas fireplace all surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers with a fully fenced and locked gate. With newly added french doors off one of the bedrooms, you can slip into one our spa like robes to relax in the hot tub right off the back deck. This home feels so relaxing and private yet just steps away from Main Street, the covered bridge (across the street) and your home is a right across from the river. The location cannot be beat. One minute to walk to bus stop, or downtown which has antiques, shops and many great restaurants. 10 minute drive to two Huge lakes, 5 minute drive to 2 golf courses, 25- 50minutes puts you at more than 60 wineries. If you like the ocean, it’s a 40-60 minute drive West. Snow… well East about an hour you will find Willamette pass ski resort during the snow season. Eugene/UofO is 18 mile north. You won’t be disappointed. Come once and you will rebook again just like everyone else.

The decor and cleanliness of this place is stellar. The only thing was that the listing doesn't note the home is directly on a fairly busy street and that meant street noise. This is a great place for someone who doesn't mind that to stay. If you are more of a "peace and quiet" when at home person this can be a bit of an issue.

Well stocked kitchen & very clean home. We had a problem hooking up to Internet in the living room so watched a movie on one of the bedroom TV’s. The host called me the same day of arrival to let me know that the loveseat was replaced & bushes outside had died due to drip line problem. We used the hot tub which was nice. Overall great location to get to town where the main road was ripped up for repaving. The host was very nice & very responsive. Love Cottage Grove & saw most of the six covered bridges.

This was the perfect wonderfully clean and thoughtfully appointed stay for my sister and I to one day, ride the Row River Trail and the next day hike the Upper and Lower Trestle Creek hike. We ate in two nights out of three with food we brought to warm up in the beautiful kitchen. Everything was well thought out to have an easy restful stay. It’s on a busy corner, but the traffic never bothered us. Ericka has thought of everything you might need, including a warm floor in the bathroom and a heated toilet seat. Cant recommend enough!! Thank you for your wonderful place!

This has a multigenerational girls getaway trip after visiting Bend and crater Lake. We decided to stay in cottage Grove for a couple nights. The house was very well equipped and situated in a great location. I have to say everyone really enjoyed the midday. It was a bit of a novelty with its heated seats! Did not do any cooking here. I’d appreciated the complete kitchen set up for those who choose to cook. There’s a reason why this place is booked most of the time. The host are very nice people and responded immediately when I contacted them. I would highly recommend this Rental for your next trip to cottage Grove.

This little house was so well equipped, multiple places to charge phones and watches, face cloths to remove makeup, etc. There were helpful labels on the lights as well as instructions for checkout. Not only was this home beautifully furnished but we could tell that everything was done w3ith high quality materials, beds and appliances. Erika was very easy to work with and answer our messages promptly. If we find out way to cottage grove this will be our go to place to stay.

Lovely home with all the comforts and conveniences

Ericka's home is well appointed and spotlessly clean. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is supplied with everything I needed. I appreciated that things were thoughtfully labeled so that I didn't have to go searching for things. Air conditioner worked great, which was welcome given the warm temps.

Last stop on Pacific Coast adventure

We had driven down 101 to see the ocean and waterfalls and spent the night in Cottage Grove on the way to our son’s place in Eugene. We enjoyed the VRBO, but were disappointed that downtown was going through major construction. Temporary though.

Great place to stay in Cottage Grove

Very clean and very well furnished/equipped. Everything you could need (and more) for a comfortable stay. Great location walking distance to the historic section of town and restaurants.

Great Stay

Very clean property with plenty of amenities. Very short walk to downtown shops and eating. One of the nicest properties that I have stayed at. Looking forward to staying here again if in the area.

Great experience

Easy check in. Great property with very accurate description. Short walk to downtown. Great amenities and very comfortable. I was very impressed as this was one of the best properties I have rented. I look forward to renting again when in the area.

Cute place

The pictures made the house look much bigger than it was inside. The inside was very clean and nice. The back yard with hot tub was not clean. The plants were all dead, and the whole area was covered with leaves from last fall. A rake and a blast with a leaf blower would be nice. Loved the amenities in the bathroom- the heated floor and the toilet. We were only provided a roll and a quarter of toilet paper for 3 women though. The kitchen was nice, I like how everything was labeled. There were no coffee filters, and no instructions for using the coffee pot, which probably aren't needed had there been filters. There was a surprising amount of traffic on River Rd. until well after midnight. Overall, I would stay here again.

Quaint cottage

Fabulous little place! Beautiful inside and almost everything is perfect. I would just maybe recommend a refresh on the living room seating furniture. The chairs are not comfortable at all and the cushions are pretty flat and the love seat is also quite broken down on the right side. Other than that I would absolutely recommend it, the hot tub was great after the all day graduation festivities! Thank you and will probably book again in the future!

Wonderful little house

This is a wonderful little house in picture cottage Grove. The location was very close to Main Street where there are restaurants and shops. The house was very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the house had anything you would find in your own house (maybe even more!) Everything was well labeled so it was easy to find things. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

Lovely updates as advertised , hot tub a nice add but had a weird smell that both myself and daughter then had a hard time breathing, probably just us tho. Only other thing was road noise was high but the place looks like it was reno'd by the property brothers. We would stay again. Thank you so much. Host was quick on my questions which was much appreciated.
