Guests must leave the property in the same condition as it was when they arrived. This includes washing dishes and taking out the trash. 8. No pets are allowed on the property without prior permission from the host. 9. Guests must respect the privacy and personal property of other guests on the property. 10. No illegal activities are allowed on the property. 11. No candles or open flames are allowed on the property. 12. Guests must lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. 13. Any lost or found items must be reported to the host. 16. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations. 17. No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the property. 18.
