This rental was PERFECT for our group of two couples and our adult daughter! The listing is very accurate with its three beds and two full bathrooms. Our course the patio was our favorite spot for morning coffees and evening cocktails. We were able to walk to many local eateries and catch an uber to everyplace we wanted to go within 10 minutes! We felt right at home in this quiet neighborhood! One last thing…the host has excellent communication and was gracious to allow for early checkin! I will DEFINITELY book again and refer this property to my travel clients!

The guests chose to leave without staying, based on personal impressions rather than an experienced stay in the property. The apartment accurately reflects the photos and description on the listing. All beds are standard Queen size, exactly as stated. We do not offer custom-made beds, and there was no discrepancy between what was advertised and what was provided. Our apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, and this is consistently confirmed by our overwhelmingly 5-star review history. While we respect that preferences vary, we want to be transparent: we offer a family-friendly, budget-conscious accommodation with 5-star service, not a luxury product marketed as such. We encourage future guests to review the full listing details and our extensive guest feedback to ensure the property is a good fit for their needs.

Overall, this is a good place to stay near the beach in the San Juan area. We really liked the outdoor patio and easy access to parking. Finally, the location is near to most amenities you could use. It is a adult friendly location.

40th birthday trip

Great location and place. My friends and I spent 10 days here and we always felt home. Would Definitely recommend for a small group.
