The fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee, sugar, and pantry basics, soaps, toiletries, and beach towels are all included — no nickel-and-diming, no restrictions. San Juan is currently experiencing citywide water and electricity challenges. Our property runs on a private generator, rooftop cisterns, and a dual water heating system specifically to protect our guests from these disruptions. If there was ever any uncertainty about the hot water, our team is always available — though no issues were reported at any point during the stay. The living area opens directly to the private terrace by design, and extra fans are available for comfort in that space. We'll be honest — a 3-star rating is a surprise for us. With over 700 reviews and a 4.7 average maintained across platforms as a consistent Superhost, we hold ourselves to a high standard. No concerns were raised during the stay, which made this review unexpected. We always encourage guests to reach out in the moment — it's always the best way to ensure a great experience. The guests chose to leave without staying, based on personal impressions rather than an experienced stay in the property. The apartment accurately reflects the photos and description on the listing. All beds are standard Queen size, exactly as stated. We do not offer custom-made beds, and there was no discrepancy between what was advertised and what was provided. Our apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, and this is consistently confirmed by our overwhelmingly 5-star review history. While we respect that preferences vary, we want to be transparent: we offer a family-friendly, budget-conscious accommodation with 5-star service, not a luxury product marketed as such.
