Hardwood floors, new kitchen, large bedrooms, rocking chair front porch, washer/dryer, central HVAC, amazing walkability!
Large fenced-in backyard, dogs welcome. Includes a spacious partially-finished basement that can be used as a studio or rehearsal space - 2nd bath is in the basement.
Separate work and live spaces. Strong and fast Wi-Fi. Great local art throughout. Vintage features include floors and millwork (slight floor slope in a portion of the rear of the home).
Close to Dozen Bakery, Bastion and Diskin Cider, and Soho House is blocks away.
