Walking distance you can get Starbucks /Chinese restaurant/Korea BBQ /subway/85 C bakery /super market /library/movie theater and also shopping plaza, famous restaurant Billing crab !safe area and bus station close!convenient we provide daily toiletries. we have comfortable King size bed! And computer tables! The room is very beautiful ! and the price is very worth for 2 people!

I wasn't impressed

The hosts were very kind they didn't speak English but that was fine I only mention this because I tried to communicate with the host that it was hot and no air conditioner was on. They turned on the air sparingly and it was so hot in there I didn't feel comfortable. The bed was SUPER firm. There was no TV in the room and there were like 4 other occupants in the rooms upstairs. The bathroom was not near the room so I had to walk past people to come out of the shower. I did have a decent parking spot but htat was all for the price It wasn't bad but I think I'll pay more to get a better room. It is listed to be in downtown LA it actually is a city called Alhambra which about 20 min outside of LA they did have a bomb Jamaican food spot not too far from the room. there were some positives but I don't think I would rent from them again

The house condition is not true as the list of rental condition. It is a room in a family sharing house, smells and uncleanliness. The holster is ruined on the phone. Two hours passed 4:00 pm, we couldn’t go into the house, we were shocked after we got into the house, at least two family stayed two rooms in downstairs, 3 more room at upstairs. We supposed rent “entire house with two rooms “ turned into this stink multisharing condition. We ask to cancel the booking, the owner rudely screamed on the phone: “you get of out the house, I cancel it for you.” It ruined our trip. We have to searching our accommodation after 6:00pm. Just want to warning the nest person don’t getting into the same situation.
