Perfect

The property was perfect for our stay. My adult son and I were attending an event at Irwindale Speedway close by. The house was clean and had all amenities you could want. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and even a washer and dryer with detergent if you need to do some laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and access was easy. There is also a lot of food, shopping and entertainment options nearby.

Nice

Overall, the property was clean. Some issues that could have made the stay better were that there was a lack of kitchen supplies. We had to go out and buy a few things so that we could cook. The couches in the living room and the bed were a little uncomfortable but nothing that I couldn't deal with. With a few of those things being taken care of I would definitely stay again.

Great stay

This is a great place to stay, nice and clean. The guest house was in a great location, and it was just what we needed for our trip. It was nice having a laundry and kitchen.
