Beautiful place. We stayed for a week. Everything was perfect. Love the interior design of the condo. The view of the Gulf is stunning. Pet friendly.The host is great, very nice and friendly, responded in timely manner. I would definitely recommend to stay there.

The condo was really clean, plenty of room for myself and two friends! Love sitting out on the deck in the mornings for coffee and at night for drinks! The beach was beautiful couldn’t ask for anything better! Perfect place for relaxing, listening to the ocean and hanging out on the beach! We plan to be back! Brett was great at responding to any questions I had, thank you!

Amazing week!!

This unit was awesome and very accommodating for our yearly trip to Miramar Beach! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We loved everything this unit had to offer. Brett and Brandie were very communicative and quick to answer! We look forward to making many more memories here! From the view of the Gulf to the modern touch in this unit we were completely satisfied. We would recommend to anyone wanting an awesome stay on their vacation!!!

Maravilla is our happy place

Stayed at Maravilla for 20+ years. Love the location, amenities and security of being in a gated area. Seems that cleanliness of the unit was sub standard.

Great place to stay and relax!

We loved the condo. Sat on the balcony and watched the ocean waves. The water is truly beautiful and the white sand makes it better. We were literally steps away from walking on the beach. The location of the condo was perfect. Lots of shopping, restaurants, golf and entertainment close by. You can even walk to restaurants. The condo was clean, very nicely furnished and relaxing. Great place to stay!! Will be back!!

The condo had a wonderful location. Beach service was great. The condo itself could of been cleaner. When we arrived the linens needed washed before using too! But we took care of the situation and ended up enjoying our stay.

Perfect - Look No Further

Settled on Destin, Florida over our typical location in Alabama on a whim and stumbled upon 2305 - the best stumble in a long time! The listing 1000% paints the most accurate description of what you are getting… from the light, airy, and beachy-modern remodel, to the spectacular view, the chair and umbrella setup staffed by the nicest folks just steps from your room - this place has it all, down to the most impressive appliances I have ever used. The owners were very responsive, provided all details needed upon reservation, and even offered recommendations. This condo was the perfect space for our old shihtzu to join us on vacation. We absolutely loved our first week here and plan to come back again and again!

Awesome stay at Just Beachy Too/Maravilla

This unit "Just Beachy Too" in Maravilla is beautiful, simple, classic beachy decore, sooo comfortable, all updated unit; furniture, appliances, etc..., by new owners Brett and Brandie. Balcony looks directly over beach/surf 250 ft. away. We absolutely Loved our stay. Thoughtfult little touches made us think that's just how I would have done it/wanted it. Maravilla is an awesome place to stay, private beach, Umbrella & 2 Chairs with rental. Owner is excellent and responsive with communications and genuinely cares about guests having a great stay! We are a family from northern Mississippi that loves the sugar white sand of Destin. We've stayed at Maravilla over the years, and when the opportunity arose to own here, we knew we had to take it!

Maravilla is a sought after community boasting deeded beaches, two pools, a hot tub, fitness room, tennis court, basketball hoop, and grills. It is a family friendly place that is well maintained and inviting year after year. Maravilla is within walking distance to Pompano Joe's and Captain Daves. It is one of the view communities that can be accessed via Hwy 98 and Scenic Gulf Dr.

Our unit is situated in the front building on the third floor. The views are unmatched, and since the beach is deeded the views of the gulf will always be unobstructed. Enjoy looking out at the sugar, white sand and emerald green waters from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. In fact, the view is probably the first thing you'll notice upon entering our unit.
