The Space:
Experience the ultimate coastal lifestyle in our newly renovated 3 bedroom oceanfront condo! Enjoy views of the beach and palm trees from your family room while relaxing on the new furniture. The open concept living area is complete with a fully equipped kitchen and modern furnishings. Located on Shore Drive within walking distance to restaurants and bars, plus a perfect central location to drive to all the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer!
**Please Note** the water heater is only a half size (32 gallon) and therefore can quickly run out of hot water when doing consistent laundry, showers, etc. It will quickly refill and is brand new, but we like guests to be aware!
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!
Parking: Easy access private parking. 2 Parking passes will be left out for you and will be limited to two cars. The HOA does not allow guests to have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: Unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator in the building for you to use. Self check-in with keypad access code. (The HOA is responsible for the elevator and no refund will be given if it is out of order)
Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Keurig machine along with a starter kit of Keurig cups included!
Family room: Beautiful ocean views from the family room. Smart TV allows for your choice of screen services. Pull out queen sofa bed.
A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use NEST control panel.
Bedroom 1: Standing private balcony and ocean views from the master bedroom! King bed with attached bathroom.
Full Bathroom 1: Newly updated December 2022! Beautifully tiled shower and floors with rainfall shower head. Attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Twin bed and a Double bed
Full Bathroom: 2 Located in hallway off of the family room.
Guest Bedroom 3: Queen bed with attached half-bathroom.
Guest Half-Bathroom: Located in guest bedroom 3.
Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Balcony overlooks pool and deck area for complex. Balcony is screened in.
Pool: Complex pool is oceanfront and open year round!
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys in the condo for you to use.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free personal washer/dryer. The washer/dryer are in the storage room that is located at the condo entrance in the screened in area.
Deck Area: lounge chairs and tables provided for complex use. Grilling area for guests right off of deck.
Guest Access:
Enjoy access to the entire condo (~1250 square feet) to yourself! The complex has a shared pool, oceanfront pool deck, and grilling area.
The Neighborhood:
The perfect central location! The unit is centrally located on the popular Shore Drive.

🐊 Alligator Adventure is about 5 miles
🏦 Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach Hwy 17 is about 2.5 miles
🏦 Barefoot Landing is about 4.7 miles

Getting Around:
You can walk to local restaurants, bars, and the Apache Pier. You also have easy-access parking and can drive to local attractions within 10-15 minutes or easily catch an Uber/Lyft.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

The HOA conducts scheduled pest control treatments throughout the complex. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during reservation.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
