One of the best stays we’ve had an a long time!! The location is amazing to start. The views were incredible, and we spent almost all of our time outside. The private pier was a game changer compared to other areas. Our 14yr old and my husband caught some red fish, black drums, gafftops, and a couple sting rays. We brought our 13 month old too and it was great staying in a place that was kid friendly in the house and he was able to explore and run around outside without us being too worried about what he was getting into. The house itself was very clean and air conditioner worked great. The kitchen had great appliances and everything worked well, the only thing I would say is if you’re planning on cutting any meat/need sharp knives definitely bring some from home. The host was very helpful and was easy to contact in regards to any questions and anything we might need. 10/10 family vacation spot, especially if you have kids that love being outside and enjoy fishing. We’ll definitely be coming back again!!
Pictures don’t even do justice to how beautiful the sunsets were!

We absolutely loved this house and location. Out in the lesser populated area but just a 15-20 min drive into Port Lavaca. Our trip was in the winter time, that means the tide was to low to get any good fishing off the doc at the house. However, we found an amazing guide (Rudy) to take my husband and I out to do some bay fishing for 2 days. We had an amazingly time and are starting to plan for our next trip to this wonderful home.

Peaceful and Relaxing

This property was great. If you are looking for a quiet getaway to relax, decompress and enjoy fishing from your personal pier, this is the place! Very clean and well kept. Everything is what we expected and more. I highly recommend...we will be going back.

Lovely trip

We only stayed one night. Amazing little place. We got a stunning lightning/ thunderstorm, however the power went out for a bit. Only rec would be flashlights! lol the home was clean and cozy. I Personally enjoy a lot of pillows on the bed, so that might be something to consider! Otherwise perfect little quiet escape.

Beautiful Views with Private Pier for Fishing!

Beautiful property with great amenities! Really enjoyed the private pier. The porch had a great view of the bay. Perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! The host was responsive to all communication. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon!

Weekend Getaway

We just wanted a peaceful quiet weekend and that's what we got! Hubby did some fishing on the private pier and I enjoyed the view from the back porch. We had everything we needed! The house is very cozy. Hope to return for a longer stay.

My wife and I spend a ton of time in Jackson and Calhoun County! The majority of my wife's family is from the area, and we own several rent houses in Port Lavaca and Point Comfort.

This is our beautiful personal vacation home that we enjoy going to. We love beautiful sunsets on the back patio or catching fish on the new lighted fishing pier. We just knew we needed to share this newly remodeled home on nearly an acre.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property is on a street with less than 10 houses. Sandwiched between acreage of pasture with cattle and Keller Bay. It's a peaceful place and great place to watch a game or the sunset. Fish with the family or start a fire.
