The front yard features a lush designer-landscaped flower garden. A full row of tall privacy trees and large wooden gates conceal the home from the street, delivering total privacy.

The beautiful light-filled interior of the home features a chef's kitchen fully loaded with high-end Wolf appliances.

Four out of the five bedrooms have modern suite bathrooms. The spacious bedrooms feature extremely comfortable beds.

**LLC Disclaimer:**

This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a short-term rental.

Shared ownership is not a new concept. It helps offset the members'/owners' everyday expenses. Ownership is held in an LLC.

The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC before any use of the property. Thus, you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property.

This online platform is utilized because there are many members. We use this online platform/portal to schedule and book this property on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We are consistently looking to attract new members to help offset the everyday expenses of maintaining the property.

**Disclosure:**
For your protection and ours, the property has surveillance or recording devices that directly face the front/back of the property. They record clips auto-delete after 15 days and are only accessed if there is an issue.

A smart home device called MINUT also actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record video or audio; it just lets us know if deafening noise exists for extended periods.

Our maintenance crew treats the pool and maintains the landscaping weekly. They may be present at some point during your stay, but they usually stay at most 15-30 minutes.
