Welcome to our Airbnb, we are looking to provide you with an amazing and comfortable stay.

Located in the heart of Las Vegas, only 2 miles away from the Strip. And minutes away from convention center and Allegiant Stadium.

Surrounded by restaurants such as All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ, Sushi, Thai food, Vietnamese food, Chinese food and more. There are other local gems such as Karaoke bars, Hookah lounge, Sports Bars, and Spas.

Professional detailed cleaning after every guest departure.

MOST IMPORTANT RULE
Enjoy Your Stay!!! What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas…

New Guests check in is at 4pm, but can drop luggage to the house at 12pm for convenience. Please not leave important and expensive things at the house before you checking in. It is Guests' responsibility for any lose of important and expensive personal belongs.

SMOKING
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any odor or smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

TOWELS AND LINENS
Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup, wipe up the floor, or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

MISSING ITEMS OR NEGLIGENT DAMAGE
Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, towels, linens, landscaping, or any other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Our home is equipped with two RING security cameras; one by front door and one by garage. This video is not shared and is recorded for Insurance liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, an injury or death, and is not intended to infringe upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in any way.

Cozy home minutes from the strip and with lots of good Asian food choices nearby. The host was kind enough to provide snacks as well. We enjoyed it very much!

My family and I stayed here while attending my graduation from UoP. Everything was described perfectly. We really felt at home. The house is a short drive from the strip. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Amazing Stay!

We've been to this property before and we love how close it is to Chinatown. Parking is easy and the place is a great for groups. Communication is always easy with the property manager. They are awesome and they reply quickly! Will be coming back to stay and would recommend to others!

Week in Vegas

We like that we were within walking distance to china town and juat a few miles from the strip. Not the quietest neighborhood but since we spend so little time in the house it was not a big deal. There is a good grocery store within walking distance of the house. Would stay here again

Nice place close to China Town and lots of great food in Vegas. Enough space for 6 of us. Loved the individual ac in every room! Good and easy communication with the host. No issues during our stay.

Excellent Place and Phenomenal Hosts

Large space that was able to accomadate my family and I. It was very clean and the hosts were exceptional. They made the check-in process easy and made sure we were having a great stay. Highly recommend!

Everything as Advertised

We rented the property for two couples to come to Vegas to enjoy the sights and sounds, including The Eagles at the Sphere. The home was easy to find, offered everything we wanted and needed in a location near the Strip, and it was clean and comfortable. Roberto had everything set up for easy check in and he was exceedingly quick in communicating with us throughout the reservation process and our stay. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for adding to our enjoyment of Las Vegas!

Great location near but off the strip

An excellent place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere to stay near but off the strip. Newly renovated, clean, and property manager is super responsive and easy to communicate with. If you’re bringing your dog, there’s a great gated community area with grass and pathways for walks
