Cozy new townhome in Lewes Delaware - close to beaches, walking trails and town.
Located with natural views out of all windows on Canary Creek in the town of Lewes, DE, our family home is centrally located to all DE beaches. Designed for comfort and relaxation you'll find plenty of comfortable seating options, large Smart TV's with high-speed internet access, modern appliances and several gathering spaces to hang out together. 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths provide the perfect space for 9 guests. Our kitchen is fully stocked; we have a grill and firepit out back for comfy evenings outdoors. Close to miles of walking and biking trails, use our bikes to enjoy the outdoors. If you want to shop or watch a movie, options are within 2 miles of our home. We have designed it for our and your comfort. All of our beds are Tempur-Pedic with the exception of one twin which is also brand new. All linens and towels are provided. Our HOA requires a two week block off per renter; as such we offer a 20% discount for stays longer than 7 days.

We are both entrepreneurs who love making a home fun and comfortable. We decided to become hosts in 2023 when we bought our beach home in Lewes, DE so that others could share the home we were building. We have stayed in many rental homes and enjoy this time with our family, in a cozier way than you can do in a hotel. We hope to offer the same type of experience to our guests - so kick off your shoes and stay awhile.

Lewes is fun any time of the year. From the Christmas village and parade, to fall and spring bike rides and hikes and summer beach trips, it's always wonderful to be in Lewes. It feels less crowded than other beach towns and our home is close enough to bike or walk into town and is a short ride from the beach.

With the location next to Canary creek, you will feel you are in nature and yet also very close to shopping, restaurants and outdoor excursions in and around the town of Lewes. It's easy to find us on a map and you will find our home well stocked for family get togethers.
