The home has been custom designed so you can relax in style and enjoy your private outdoor retreat. Experience the lively Central Phoenix neighborhood with its many restaurants and activities - you cannot beat this location! Lounge in the sun and catch some vibes with this beautiful home in the heart of Phoenix just 10 minutes from PHX airport.
The Palms is located in a highly desirable Central Phoenix neighborhood close to ample shopping, dining, and nightlife. The home is just 5 minutes from Biltmore Fashion Park, 15 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 20 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and 30 minutes from State Farm Stadium.

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed with TV, ensuite master bathroom and walk in master closet
