While I appreciate that the host allowed us to check in a couple of hours early, the house was a strange situation. There was an extra like patio room where it looked like someone was living (kitchen setup with appliances, mattresses on the floor with bedspreads that were made , television, kitchen table etc.The house was not very clean, especially the bathrooms and furniture was dusty, bedroom and bathroom rugs were not very clean. There was one television in the whole house (living room) which was called the theatre room.Some of the doors when opened had writing on them as well as the master bedroom footboard bed had writing on it.The people that shared the house with us did not feel safe due to the patio room). It was a very strange situation.

chose this neighborhood because I grew up here and know it inside and out. It’s a friendly, safe, and quiet area, but still conveniently located near major roads, shopping, and attractions in Phoenix.

Staying here gives guests the chance to enjoy the comfort of a familiar, welcoming community while having easy access to everything the city has to offer.

This home is special because it’s been our family home for over 20 years, and every detail reflects the care and attention we’ve put into it. Guests experience a home that’s lived-in, loved, and thoughtfully furnished over time.

It’s also designed for group comfort and entertainment: 5 bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a private theater room with a 90” screen, surround sound, and recliners. Combined with the backyard firepit, BBQ, and spacious living areas, it’s perfect for families, friends, and anyone looking to enjoy time together in a home that feels both personal and welcoming.
