This beautiful townhome is the perfect spot to enjoy a stay in Rehoboth Beach. Our community backs up to the scenic Junction Breakwater trail for quiet walks, or a bike ride to the scenic town of Lewes. Bike into Rehoboth for dinner or the beach, or walk 2 blocks to the Tanger Outlets. You will LOVE this location! Please note that linens are not included in the rental. You will need to bring sheets and towels. There are also rental services for them if you prefer to go that route.

Mary’s townhouse was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it. It’s located in the perfect spot for shopping and the beach. We will definitely be renting her place in the future . It’s a 10 out of 10!!

The host, Mary went above and beyond for our stay. The rental was extremely well equipped. The location was excellent and communication with Mary was the same! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Rehoboth!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at your place! Everything was fantastic, nothing was overlooked or missed. Coming back from the beach and having the pool right behind the unit is beyond convenient.We are already planning our trip next year, we look forward to staying at your place again!

Grandkids

Great location to the beach and convenient to groceries, outlets, restaurants, etc. Thankfully all the grandkids were great on steps as there are 2 sets of steps. If the 1 year old would have been with, would have needed a baby gate. Pool was great for the older grandkids when we had an hour or so of wait time. The 3rd floor was a bit too warm for us to sleep so we purchased fans at Walmart.

Beautiful home

Our stay was great. The house is clean, nicely done and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen are newish and did not feel dated which is otherwise common with a lot of vacation homes. The code for the front door did not work but the owner was reachable and walked us through steps to get in and it was sorted out. Carry own linens, toiletries and bath towels. Beach is a very short drive, parking at the beach wasn’t an issue but we had looked into Park and Ride too. Nearby restaurants as well as those near the beach provided us plenty of options to explore. We used the community pool too, very clean. Rehoboth beach, boardwalk and near by restaurants

Great place

Everything went well. Enjoyed the pool alot!! First night the upstairs rooms were pretty warm. But with the fans on it cooled down by the next day.

July 4th long weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend over the 4th of July in Rehoboth at Mary’s house. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. All of the beds were comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. Mary was easy to communicate with, and she was so kind and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was incredibly clean and well kept! We enjoyed the pool and location. The house was fully stocked with anything we needed. It was also a pleasure to communicate with Mary. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything Perfect!

I booked this property for a weekend stay in Rehobeth for the purpose of attending a family wedding. The host Mary was helpful when planning our trip and during our stay. We have rented numerous times through VRBO but by far this place met our expectations and more! Accommodations were perfect! Well decorated, very clean and plenty of room for all 6 of us. What you see in the pictures is what you get upon arrival…no surprises! Bedrooms are spacious and baths in each room is a plus providing for privacy for all guest. Location is great and easy access to everything you need or want to do! Definitely consider renting this property if you are traveling to Rehobeth area!

Great space for beach fun!

This property was extremely clean and very well stocked with necessary amenities for a week of fun at the beach. We loved the location and walked to the beach and boardwalk. Restaurants are within walking distance and allow you to ride a bike or walk versus dealing with heavy beach traffic. Simply marvelous!

Wedding Celebration Getaway

The house was just as we had expected. It was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of dishes and glasses/cups (even for our grandkids!). And there was close overflow parking for our adult kids who were coming from different places. Mary was exceptionally open and responsive to questions about the area as this was our first time down. Whatever our inquiry, she was attentive and quick with suggestions and answers. I would HIGHLY recommend renting their home.

Relaxing month in Rehoboth

The townhouse was spacious and clean and Located close to beaches and boardwalk. We enjoyed the bike paths and markets during our stay. Everything you need is available. Mary was an excellent with communication and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely rent there again. Had a great month in Rehoboth.

We were able to purchase our own townhome in 2015-- truly a dream come true! We've decided to start renting our beloved home, and we hope you'll decide to give it a chance.
