This brand-new listing is the perfect place for your next Cape Cod getaway. This 4 bedroom home sits on an acre of land and offers an 8 person hot tub, firepit surrounded by mature gardens, a spacious outdoor shower, gas grill, back deck and picnic table.

The large front and back yards are perfect to let the dogs run around in, as this home is pet friendly for up to 2 dogs (first dog for free, second dog $100 fee).

Located 5 minutes from Sandwich Town center and beaches, this home is in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood located conveniently right off route 6, for easy access to everything the Cape has to offer.

The main floor has plenty of space to cook, entertain, and spend time with friends and family. Off the fully equipped kitchen is a sunfilled living room with a flat-screen TV and wood stove with French doors that open to the garden. There are 2 dining areas off the kitchen. The main dining room seats up to 10 people and the kitchen nook seats up to 4. It’s the perfect spot for playing a game of cards at night.

This home includes a washer and dryer and high-speed internet access.

This house sleeps up to 10 people and features 4 spacious bedrooms, outfitted with down comforters.
All bedrooms have window ACs.

Great house for larger family stays

Overall: This house was well cleaned, nicely decorated and spacious. It was nice that there was plenty of kitchen dishes to use as we spend a lot of time cooking. We had plenty of room throughout the house to spread out or be all together. It was great having the large tables in the dining room and outdoors where we could all joing together for meals. We loved the outdoor space especially the hottub! The outdoor lighting made the backyard so welcoming. We had a great family reunion here! Pros: The neighborhood is super quiet and is a great place to walk or ride your bikes. The house location is super accessible to downtown Sandwich and Rt 6and an easy on to the Cape. Property management was super responsive to any issues or questions we had. Cons: We wished the landscaping was more trimmed back as the outdoor shower was overtaken with plant growth and the thorn roses were growing up towards the seating area on the deck. The listing claims to have two baths will tub/shower and that is inaccurate. The first floor bath/laundry room doesn't have a tub or shower. There is the outdoor shower but that is listed separately. It would be nice to know up front rather than after booking about linens not being included and the ability to use a linen service for a fee. Overall great place to stay!
