We absolutely loved our stay! The layout of this house was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for MC graduation and it was the perfect location and environment for our Marine. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very private and intimate home. They covered each detail that made it feel like home. We reached out to the property mgr over something small and simple. They treated us with a friendly sense of urgency. I would stay here over and over if need be. Make this your next rental.

The property was wonderful, but the upstairs ac unit was down for the first 24 hours, so my son had to sleep on the couch downstairs. I was not notified of the issue prior to arrival, and I received no updates on the problem. I had to contact the agency to voice my problem, and then they updated me on the repair.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the property wonderful, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the upstairs AC being unavailable during the first 24 hours of your stay. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with your son needing to sleep downstairs. We also apologize that you were not notified of the issue before arrival and that you did not receive timely updates regarding the repair. We strive to communicate proactively and keep our guests informed, and we recognize that we fell short in this instance. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can improve how we handle both advance notification and ongoing communication when unexpected maintenance issues arise. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your patience while the repair was completed. We truly appreciate you choosing TideWatch Vacations and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother and more comfortable stay in the future.
