Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place and bring your pup too.

This midcentury three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house has a driveway that accommodates two cars. There is a spacious patio with a natural gas grill, covered dining table for six as well as a comfortable conversation seating area.

Just 15 minutes from downtown Historic Savannah. 30 minutes from Tybee Island (Savannah’s Beach).

Two bedrooms each have queen beds and the other bedroom with a twin bed and a twin trundle.

The house was great and had everything we needed, close to all sightseeing and the beach. Great neighborhood for walking our dog , Would definitely stay her again.

Staying here turned my work trip into a relaxing & pleasant visit! House is well cared for & equipped w/everything you need to feel right at home. The back yard is lovely & private (dogs were thrilled), & the neighborhood is a dream for walks (low traffic, exceptionally friendly neighbors)! Location is so convenient. Appreciate the consistent and proactive communication from the host as well.

Wonderful location in relation to visiting family on Skidaway Island. The private and fully fenced backyard was perfect for our little dog. The owner has thoughtfully provided many items needed when traveling away from home.. While the house is small, the layout provides privacy with each room. The owner's communication was excellent and digital check-in /check-out was so easy.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this house. Wendy is a welcoming and attentive host. The house is just the right size for a few friends to come visit, the neighborhood is safe and convenient to the fun activities in Savannah. I would enjoy staying in this house again and I would recommend it my friends looking for a great place to stay.

Please be sure to notify your host when you have a serious issue such as no hot water, don’t wait until you are checking out. Plumber came (the day you checked out) but couldn’t find a problem. Guests before and after had no problem. We work hard to give every guest a 5 star experience and I feel bad you had an issue and didn’t give us the opportunity to fix things.

Nice, updated ranch style home with spacious patio and back yard. Well equipped with all the necessities, and modern appliances. Great communication response from the host. Perfect location for us, not far from the Landings, right off the Truman. Well furnished and comfortable home.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was exactly as described, very clean, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable after long days out exploring. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. For me the only thing missing was TV’s in the bedrooms. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was very responsive and friendly, answering questions quickly and providing clear instructions. Overall, this was a great experience

We had a more than excellent experience with Wendy and our 10 day stay at her home. Wendy was an amazing host with very efficient and helpful communication. The home was very clean with the decor giving it a very “at home” feel. We appreciated the stocked kitchen, comfortable outdoor furniture on the patio and clean, comfy towels available. Our Yorkies absolutely adored the fenced in backyard with beautiful bamboo trees lining the space. Overall, I would recommend this stay in Savannah! We would’ve stayed longer had it been available!!! TY Wendy for a wonderful experience!!!
