Beautiful quaint condo

Very clean, nice, quiet and quaint condo! Well stocked kitchen. Booked last minute spring break trip and was very pleased! Our boys (11 and 14 years old) slept on pullout sofa and said was very comfortable.

Wasn’t long enough

The condo was very clean, bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. All around great little place to stay. Very easily accessible and all the information you need for the neighborhood. The management team was easy to communicate with when we had any questions. The only bad thing was that our stay was not long enough 👍

Fantastic!!

From the moment we got to the condo we fell in love! So clean, fresh, and inviting the decor and comfort were fantastic. Absolutely loved the location (watching the turtles and wildlife from the deck) as well as driving around on the resort in the golf cart!! All the amenities were very thought out and apparently! Dealing with Beach Bums was easy and informative. We hope to be back very soon!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

2023 New Year’s Eve Annual getaway

This our 7th year making this location our New Year’s Eve getaway destination. We stay in different condos along Harbour Point every year. We make sure to get a balcony facing the Bay for fireworks display view. As usual the condo was just what we expected with one exception. We have never been in a condo over the years in that area where they did not have ceiling fans on. With not knowing what type of weather you’re going to get in Florida, circulating air even with air conditioning for us is a must.

The golf cart and bikes included made the stay phenomenal. With the golf cart, we got to the beach and the grocery store easily. It was a great fun week. The condo was clean, and exactly as described !

Golf cart was in great shape and fun to ride around the resort all in all a great rental property. Been staying in the Sandestin for 27 years at various condos best views my wife and I have ever had. Only one complaint that is nobody's fault is the parking the spaces are not marked and if you have to drive anywhere you leave and come back you have lost your space. 5 Star rating other than that which nobody can do anything about.

Great Stay!

The condo is fantastic! Well maintained, comfy bed, nice layout, great deck, and the view!!!! Close to everything and having the golf cart was super fun. Definitely on our list of favorite places we’ve stayed!
