Annette provided plenty of intructions that made it easy to check out! Everything was clean, maintained, and easy to find! We were very happy with our stay!

PARADISE

Amazing country feel with privacy. The peacock and wildlife gives an extra sense of nature. Wonderful host who is accommodating and prompt to respond. The kitchen had ample utensils amd basic supplies which made cooking easy. The bed is comfortable and the washer dryer made my extended stay even more convenient.

Excellent

We will be back !!!!! Perfect for 2 - 4 people. Super quite hardly any traffic. Sitting in hot tub was very nice. Very peaceful and close to the lake. Everything was there that we might have needed in the kitchen and the entire place was clean. We were at the boat ramp in ten minutes. Blue Gill boat dock 15 minutes at most. Highly recommend.

Spring break weekend getaway

The place is exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed the huge front yard and back area with grill! Our kids had so much fun and enjoyed their spring break weekend. So close to many places including the Tim’s Ford park. We went on a hike saw beautiful areas and even enjoyed seeing deer go past us during our walk! We’d enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. The beds are great and comfortable, Annette Definitely Does a great job at making it feel like home and cleans it spotless for when we come in. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and can’t wait to be back!

Weekend Trip

We enjoyed our weekend visit to the cabin in the country. Very peaceful and relaxing. House was clean and exactly as described. The location is convenient to Tim's Ford Lake and Lynchburg. We really enjoyed the hot tub at the end of our days to relax and unwind. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Amazing!!

Beautiful home. Annette went above and beyond to make the home inviting and to make us feel so welcomed. It was a weekend getaway for my husband's birthday and she put birthday day decorations. She personally reached out to make sure our stay was a wonderful experience. We will definitely book with her in the future. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed it.

Nice little house but was a little uncomfortable

The futon in the living room is broken and very uncomfortable. Small bed was also not very comfortable. While we were there 3 hornets got into the house. Everything else was fine. House was clean, had plenty of towels for the hot tubs. Hot tub could use a little privacy but I’m sure when all the trees fill in there would be more privacy. Light at the bbq would be nice as well but I’m sure during the summer that wouldn’t be an issues.
