Enjoy breathtaking sunrises from this beautiful 3rd floor condo located on the "traffic-free" part of the beach. Our expansive 26 x 8 foot private balcony offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean. This updated condo is fully stocked with an equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large TVs in every room, and quality linens - all the comforts of home!
The great room features dining, lounging, a work desk, with large ocean views and balcony access.
The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, a private bath, and ocean views with balcony access. The second bedroom includes 2 full-sized beds and a flat screen TV and a full bath next to it.
*One designated parking spot!

Our condo is family owned. We purchased it several years ago after visiting Disney World for the first time. We just happened to fall upon Daytona Beach and fell in love with it and knew that we wanted to buy a little slice of heaven to retreat tov when possible.

Daytona Beach Shores is a quaint city located beachside, with 5.5 miles of white-sand beaches! The Shores is on the barrier island directly south of Daytona Beach, Florida, and features the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Halifax River on the west.
We enjoy sunrise walks or bicycling, playing in the sand and surf, or enjoying the quiet solitude of the rising and setting sun. We also enjoy watching the boats sail and cruise along our waterways daily, making the views particularly scenic. The beaches are maintained with dunes that protect the natural habitat. We are truly a beachside retreat!
We also enjoy the many nearby restaurants, Our top favorites are Boondocks and Our Deck Down Under. Our top favorite ice cream place is The Whole Scoop! No matter what your preference, there are many restaurants to choose from nearby!

Our property has one of the best views in Daytona. There are only 19 units, making our pool less crowded than most. Our deck is spacious and private. Our views span for miles. The inside of our condo is completely newly remodeled with upscale furniture and fixtures. We wanted to make we and our renters felt like they were staying in a relaxing beach oasis/retreat.
