Welcome to Big Leaf 7 — a spacious, family-ready 3BR/3BA Sunriver retreat with a fully private hot tub on the back deck, A/C, 6 adult bikes, and a standout bunk room that doubles as a game lounge.

The great room is made for relaxing after a day on the trails: comfortable leather seating, a Smart TV, cozy gas fireplace, and warm wood-beam ceilings. The open kitchen and dining area keeps everyone connected, with a dining table that seats 10, plus 2 more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked and set up for easy group meals and big breakfasts before your next adventure.

A/C note (important)
This two-story home has single-zone air conditioning, so the upstairs will be warmer than the downstairs (sometimes by 10°F or more). Fans are provided in every bedroom, and Sunriver’s cool evening and early morning air helps keep things comfortable.

Get out and explore
Hop on one of the 6 adult bikes and explore Sunriver’s miles of paved paths, river access, golf, and The Village. After a full day, come back to the hot tub, a cozy fire, and an easy movie night in the great room.

This home has one exterior security camera at the front door. It is positioned to view the front entry only and does not view any interior spaces or the back deck/hot tub area. The camera is not operational during guest stays.

Family time

Small family reunion. Perfect setup for us: 21-32 years old. I would definitely recommend this home. Updated and plenty of supplies for the guests.

We had a great stay. The home was clean and as advertised. It would be helpful to have a guest book of some kind; however, the info placards were helpful.

Wonderful house to stay with kids

We loved this house because it was spacious and had a separate room for kids with bunk beds. Kitchen was great as well, full of everything you need for cooking or barbecue. Overall we had no issues, happy with this rental property and absolutely recommend it!

Family Dinner was Great

The family rented several houses in Sunriver. We had the best for a family dinner. Large BBQ and plenty of seating between the deck and the dining table inside. Never used the hot tub. Nice range of bikes for different ages, though we only used the adult bikes. Would rent again.

Great house - hot tub issues

The house was great for a family. Size, location and amenities were perfect and having bikes available made it nice to not have to bring our own. Only reason we have it an overall 4 vs a 5 is the hot tub had issues. The control panel did not work well and would not allow us to increase the heat. Many of the hot tub jets did not work and the ones that did were not very good. Lastly, on the last day we couldn’t get the fee working jets to turn on. I notified the property manager immediately who said they would have someone come out to look at it but nobody ever did. They gave us a small discount for our last day. Besides the hot tub issue the house was a 10.
