This beautiful, fully renovated home is tastefully decorated and invites you to relax in the sunshine on the large back deck while enjoying a view of the Deschutes River or cook gourmet meals together in the well appointed kitchen. The dining room seats 10 with an added breakfast nook with seating for 4.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are nicely separated for privacy, each bedroom with its own smart flat screen TV. The queen bed plus twin bunk room has access to the back deck, where you can enjoy grilling and dining outside. The king bedroom with en suite bathroom and soaking tub also has deck access, leading out to the enclosed hot tub area where you can enjoy a soak under the stars. A third bedroom is furnished with a king bed.

Enjoy the 6 bikes provided on the bike trail with access to over 30 miles of paved pathways meandering through Sunriver just outside your door, and it’s only a few short steps to the paved Deschutes River trail. This property also includes 3 SUPs, 4 tennis rackets, and 4 pickleball rackets for fun beyond the home! Enjoy the scenery of the majestic Deschutes River as you keep your eye out for river otters, beaver, raccoon, porcupines, elk, deer, and the plethora of birds and other wildlife that call Sunriver home.

Family Reunion? Book this home along with Warbler 12 to have the whole family close together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family of five. The layout worked well for us, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools. We appreciated the ample supply of bath and beach towels. The rental included bikes, though all were adult-sized, so we had to rent one for our child. The kids particularly enjoyed the pool table. When we arrived, the interior felt a bit dark, but opening the shades made a big difference. Communication with the Property Manager was excellent. Check-in was seamless, and they consistently checked in via text throughout our stay. They were also very responsive to any questions we had before our arrival. Over the past 12 years, we've stayed in several homes in Sunriver, and I would rank this one among the top, primarily due to the outstanding service and cleanliness. The only downside for us was the distance from the Village, as we prefer to stay closer. However, the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the bike trail were definite pluses

Updated Sunriver property, great property management team

Excellent customer service and property management team. Lovely, updated property. Loved the extra benefit of paddle boards, bikes and easy river access. Could benefit from additional cleaning supplies, such as hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags etc.... Also grill was not cleaned. These were small details and we were pleased with the overall excellent service.

Great rental home! Hidden gem!!

Very spacious home! The updates inside the home well designed which made it very inviting. All 3 rooms very spacious. Two minute walk from the river… had fun playing ping pong with kids in the garage. Plus they bikes and paddle (stand up) boards too. Really happy with this home and how spacious it was for the size! Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent property!

We loved our stay at the Sunriver home. The house is gorgeous, extremely clean and tidy and well equipped. It’s comfortable temperature on warm Sunriver days, with an excellent t location very close to the river. One of our favorites!
