This tranquil space features a queen bed with 3" memory foam mattress topper and spacious living space that has a Multi-Functional Sofa that converts into a Bed.

The space
This high-density memory foam, pillow-top design lounger features two power outlets and two USB ports so recharging your devices has never been easier. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, coffee/tea station, blender and slow cooker.

Meals can be enjoyed inside at the dining table (seating for 4) or in the backyard sitting on the Adirondack chairs surrounding a fire pit where you can roast marshmallows, hotdogs, and tell campfire stories. There is a washer/dryer with laundry soap provided inside the unit. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided in the full size bathroom. Playing cards and board games are a perfect way to kick back and relax with your loved ones or stream services available with guests’ own account(s) on the 43” smart tv.

Very close to Lake Minneola on the Clermont chain of lakes with 11 lakes attached (5 minutes away). Minneola Trailhead park is a seventeen acre park, open from dawn to dusk daily featuring a basketball court, ball field, playground, skate park, and pavilion (3 minutes away).

Downtown Clermont (9 minutes) is a charming town with parks, shops, restaurants and every Sunday there is a farmers market & the first Friday of each month is a food truck and live music festival.
