Attention Triathletes! In the heart of Clermont.
5 min. to Downtown 5 min to Waterfront Park. 10 min to the National Training Center. 13 minutes to Montverde Academy. 35 minutes to Disney World. 40 min to Orlando International Airport. 40 minutes to The Villages.
Enjoy the luxuries of downtown Clermont in this wonderfully updated property. Located one Street from Main Street (Montrose Street.)

The Master bed is a King, Guest bed is a Queen and there is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room is a Queen.

Within walking distance to downtown Clermont shops and restaurants.
Farmers Market every Sunday 10-2.
Food Trucks First Saturday of each month 3-7:00pm.
A must! New opening of Salt Shack on the water.

Beach Towels are Included.

*Bed Linens are provided.

(2) Pets allowed for a flat fee of $50 per reservation.

Early Check In upon availability for a flat fee of $30. The earliest Check In time is 2PM. Early Check in can only be guaranteed the day prior to your stay.

We have a long-term tenant in the back unit (859). Please, park your vehicles in the (2) provided parking spots on the right side of the unit (857). Parking in the tenant`s spot could result in a parking ticket.
No smoking inside the property. No Drugs and no parties/events. If smoking is found inside the property, the host can request $200-$500 to restore the property.
We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets.
Guest must provide Quiet Enjoyment to neighbors. Guest must follow Quiet Hours Policy.

Stay in Clermont for Sailing Regatta

This is the second time I have stayed at the property, it didnt disappoint! Always very clean, has the basic necessities such as shampoo / soap (forgot mine-lol) great communication from owner. Great location to the town, walking distance from the center of town.

A lovely accomodation central to Clermont attractions

This was a charmingly appointed unit within easy walking distance of the waterfront, restaurants, Old Town. It is a very nice neighborhood, access was easy, and the unit was very clean and welcoming. We will definately return.

Our visit was excellent!! The home was very clean and well appointed. The owners even sent a message a few days before our arrival telling us what equipment / appliances were available at the home and asking if we would need additional supplies. I've never had that happen, but what a nice touch!! As for the location, any and everything we could have wanted was within a short drive. The area was relatively quiet and also great for walking. I'd say it was a great value, too! I will definitely stay there when I'm in town again!!

Easy to find, close enough to main road to go wherever you need. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts offered to provide things if needed. Downtown Clermont is close by with plenty of food & shopping options!

All the comforta of home.

We were in town for a graduation. The hosts were super nice. Check in was easy. The property is very comfortable. We were traveling with our dog and she settled in very quickly. It was a wonderful weekend.

Comfy escape from Hurricane Milton

Needed a place to stay due to Hurricane Milton, mainly bc we have a newborn. Luckily this home was available. When we arrived, it was the coziest and cutest property. It really felt like home away from home for a few days. It wasso easy to contact the owners , communications was flawless. Id highly recommend staying here!

Beyond thankful!

We needed a last minute rental that accommodated three adults and two dogs to avoid the impact of hurricane Helene. This property is so well kept and conveniently located near downtown Clermont. Lots of restaurants and shops to keep us distracted. The hosts were beyond kind and quickly communicated with us despite dealing with their own storm prep and recovery.

Exceeds all our requirements

The location was perfect for us within walking distance to Waterfront Park and the historic downtown. A big plus is the very quiet neighborhood. The villa has everything as advertised in excellent condition and clean. It’s a short drive to all the restaurants, shopping and services that Clermont has to offer. The previous year we stayed in an other similar villa next door with the same owner. So we are repeat customers!Our host Debbie was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this property.
