My name is Nicole and I'm a mother to a curious toddler. I enjoy spending time in the outdoors with my family, snowboarding at Bear Mountain, and playing guitar and singing with my husband. I have lived in Southern California for the past 17 years and have frequented Big Bear nearly every winter.

My husband and I had been wanting to purchase a property in Big Bear for a while and we finally made our dream come true. He skis while I snowboard and our son will be the tie-breaker...or maybe he will master both sports! We love our cabin so much and enjoy it year-round. Not only is it a short drive to the resorts and The Village, but it is also just extremely cozy inside. Every time we have spent a long day at the slopes, it is so relaxing coming back to our comfortable cabin where we can enjoy some wine by the fireplace while playing our favorite boardgames.

Lots of bears and other woodland creatures are featured throughout the cabin. Our son gets a kick out of spotting all the bear decor. I love the neighborhood around our cabin too. It is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood lined with pine trees and there is a view of the Geronimo run at Bear Mountain from the street. The neighborhood is also pretty flat, making it easy to park a car out front and wonderful for going on walks. Yet, there are nice hiking trails close-by as well for the adventurers out there.
