Ocean Sounds & Pool Available After Labor Day
This was a great little condo. They included soap, dishes and some cleaning supplies. There were a couple of details that could maybe use replacing (like one or two throw pillows), but overall it is a pretty nice place. There was some minimal sand and some crumbs in the couch when we pulled out the sofa bed—but overall it was clean and well kempt. The beach this far north had different sand—it was grittier and didn’t firm up with water. The walk to the beach was lovely, they had multiple rinsing options along the private boardwalk to the beach, and a nice pool that was open even though it was after Labor Day. It was a bummer that the grill was charge per use. The owner’s policy is no smoking, but the building policy allowed smoking on the bay side balcony—I didn’t love that because I loathe the smell of cigarettes. The balcony right at the water was beautiful—we could hear the ocean at night, too! Overall a great place to stay if you don’t want to be in the main boardwalk area.
