There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. Condo is located on the third floor. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few!
