Private Beach Access - 3rd house from the beach with great view!

Relax in this spacious three bedroom, three and a half bath newly remodeled townhouse with new furnishings, interior design, and amazing views. Wake up to spectacular views of the ocean and listen to the waves break just beyond the Master Bedroom balcony.

This townhome offers a coastal farmhouse décor that will make guests feel right at home. The living room is furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Attached balcony has a new porch swing along with outdoor seating and dining. Full-size desk with dual monitors and a printer are available for guest use.

Recently upgraded with new appliances and countertops, the fully equipped kitchen opens into the dining room and living room for a wide-open floorplan layout. The dining table seats 8, and the breakfast bar has two additional seats at the counter. Just off the main entrance, guests will find a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, fireplace, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, attached master bath, and private balcony with an amazing ocean view.

First Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed, and second Guest Bedroom has a King size bed with walk-in closet, both furnished with TV's and ceiling fans. They share a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, large closet and is accessible from both guest bedrooms from the hall. Plenty of beach towels are located here for guest use.

On the ground floor, you will find an additional full bathroom conveniently located just inside the home for use after a day at the beach or a soak in the hot tub. There is covered parking for 2 cars, plus parking for two additional cars on the driveway.

Sea Breeze is located mid-island within walking distance of many restaurants and other activities such as the Tybee Island YMCA, library, and Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and bike path. Enjoy ocean views with sea breezes and take advantage of private beach access to the beautiful beaches of Tybee Island!

Great time in Tybee

We had a truly great time in this home. It’s a short walk to the beach. The hot tub was perfect for warming up after windy beach days. You can walk to the deck for lunch or dinner. The home is very cozy and perfect for a small family. Just a lovely time.

Quiet side street with direct beach access.

We had 2 grandchildren with us both under 2 years. They loved it. The beach, a short walk over sand dunes, was gentle and the waves small enough for toddlers. Beach access is to one of the less crowded sections of Tybee. We enjoyed the covered porch for our evening family time. The house was very well provisioned and the host responsive to all our questions. Two side notes: We did our grocery shopping at the Publix 8 miles away - much more selection than the local IGA. The highly recommended Crab Shack was not to my liking - alligators, parrots and food are not a great combo. IMHO.

Amazing location

It was a relaxing week at the beach, with a good firework show to celebrate the 4th of July! We went to Savannah twice since it was so close. The property could use some updates but I would 100% recommend it or stay there again in the future.

Lovely beach home!

One of the nicest vacation homes we have ever stayed in! GREAT location! The home is fabulous! Dotty is a great host! Not a ton of kitchen supplies (not a big deal)- just be prepared for that. We would LOVE to come again!

Relaxing and wonderful!

Amazing townhome with tons of room to spread out. Comfortable beds, couches and outdoor furniture. It was so relaxing to sit outside and see and hear the ocean. This house really has it all!

Family Vacation

Beautiful home near the ocean. Beach access was convenient on sand path and/or 6th Street wood bridge. Dotty was helpful with anything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable. We will definitely consider coming back.

Excellent Family Stay

Our stay at this location was fantastic. Beach access was great & we had everything we needed to be able to use the house for each family need. We loved it so much we’d probably want to book this exact spot again. It was important to us to be able to cook family meals and this was perfect for it. Some members had to do some work and there were even monitors to hook ip to which was perfect! Trash hadn’t been taken out the week prior so it was full but the owner was very prompt and proactive helping us manage - communication was easy.

Beautiful property

This is a lovely house in a quiet mid-beach location. Great ocean view from upper balcony. Our family was comfortable and had a very enjoyable two week stay here. The only drawback I see is that there are no lifeguards on this portion of the beach but that’s because it’s not a highly populated or busy area of the beach, which is a positive for many people! I would definitely recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay in Tybee. The condo was clean and amazingly free of sand on the floors. Our only complaint was there were dirty dishes mixed in with clean ones in the cabinet ( plates, cups and glasses). We had to run the dishwasher before we had our first meal. Everything else was lovely, well decorated, clean and comfortable.

Comfortable place close to the beach and restaurants

Nice, spacious place with two comfortable balconies and ocean views. Less than a block from the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. Easy check-in and checkout. Convenient mudroom and shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Decorated with a fun beach decor. Would be nice to have a few more kitchen garbage bags, a sponge or scrub brush for dishes, and maybe shampoo. We considered grilling but the bbq grill was rusted and didn’t look like it could be used very easily. We had a great time and the home was very comfortable. Thank you!

Quiet gem

I can not say enough fabulous things about this place! Entire house was impeccably clean, which is a huge priority to me when I travel. Just steps away from the beach. Home is beautifully decorated with beachy feel that is sophisticated yet warm. The balcony off the master bedroom has the million dollar view of the ocean and sunrise (don't even have to get out of bed to watch the sunrise!). Not only is there an outdoor shower & hose, but they also have a full bathroom on the entry level from the beach with tons of hooks for towels & bathing suits as well as super cute, hand-painted art. The hot tub with outdoor seating was perfect after a chilly afternoon on the beach. Kitchen is well stocked & ready for any occasion. If you have a family of 4-6 or a friend group with 3 couples, look no further. The hostess is too kind & quick to respond to any inquiries. I can't wait to get back to Tybee & stay here again with my family.

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The house was just as described and the Island is Beautiful. Added bonus as we got to enjoy the Christmas Parade on Friday night!
