Welcome to Coral Cottage, a fabulous newly constructed home by Chris Koncul Construction “Savannah’s premier builder". This home is conveniently located on Tybee’s North end. Enjoy the beautiful water views of Chimney Creek from your covered front porch and your own Private Pool (Heated pool available in the cooler months for an additional fee. 48 hours' notice needed)! The interiors were professionally designed with attention to detail at every turn. The home offers 3 bedrooms with spacious closets and 3 full bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen including an induction range, custom cabinets, quartz countertops, and a quaint dining nook. The living room offers a vaulted tongue and groove wood ceiling with a linear electric fireplace that can be enjoyed during all seasons. The lower level boasts garage parking for two vehicles, a golf cart, and a private pool with covered patio. We have a Sonos sound system throughout the home with a pool audio zone, porch audio zone, and inside of house audio zone. Listen to all your favorite Apple, Pandora, or Spotify music through our sound system! Great times will be spent barbecuing and watching games, while hanging out at your own private pool. Enjoy the beautiful water views of chimney creek and the marshes with stunning sunsets from your covered porch. Beach access is a short 3-minute walk, and you are steps away from many restaurants and local shopping destinations. Enjoy every convenience and luxury with this true gem of a property!

Our family had a great time at Coral Cottage. The property was very clean and the host responded immediately to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed the heated pool and the easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect stay at this property! The house was gorgeous, beds were super comfy, everything was extremely clean, and the pool was incredible! Also, a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!!!

We loved our stay at Coral Cottage. Clean and comfortable. Great location- beach is about a 5 minute walk. A great little coffee shop is less than a 3 minute walk. The pool is a great bonus!

Excellent stay!

Beautiful property!! The private pool was a wonderful addition. Short walk to the beach where you can sit back and watch the boats and dolphins. If ever back in the area - will for sure look up the property again.

This house is beautiful and was perfect for a girls weekend. The beach access is within walking distance, and so are some cute shops and restaurants. It was rainy during our stay so we were glad to have the private pool to relax in, rain or shine. We had everything we needed available to us, and the host responded promptly to our questions. We have this house bookmarked for future Tybee-Savannah trips.

We were really impressed by this property. It was super clean and decorated very nicely. The location was very close to the beach and a short drive to what I would call downtown Tybee. There are restaurant options within walking distance. The water in the property had a unique smell…a little fishy. All and all this place met our expectations! The owner was very responsive and let us check in a little early. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the City o Tybee water does have a little sulfur smell to it. We call it Tybe water! Smells the same at our three other properties as well. Hope to accompdate you again sometime!

Beautiful Cottage with private pool

So happy that we found this Tybee Island Gem! It is convenient to shopping, restaurants and steps away from the beach. The owner was very helpful in making us aware of all the amenities of the house. Beautiful home with modern design and new appliances. The private pool was a wonderful addition to the home. Perfect place to relax and unwind with family! We will definitely stay at this property again.

We loved our time at the Coral Cottage. Finding the cottage was super easy, Checking in was a breeze, and the house had everything we needed for a fun week on the island. The pool was great. The cottage was even cuter in person than in the pictures. The host sent so many recommendations for places to visit before we arrived - we found this so helpful! He was super responsive to all of my questions. If he will have us we will definitely be back!

Loved Our Stay! Great Pool & Walkable to Beach

We had a really fantastic stay at this brand new home on Tybee Island! The house is beautifully designed, exceptionally well-built, and was absolutely spotless upon arrival, showing how new and well-maintained it is.We loved the amenities here, especially having the private pool right at the house and being able to use the awesome sound system installed throughout. The location is truly perfect – it felt like we had easy access to everything, and the walk to the beach using the nearby path took us less than five minutes, which was exactly what we hoped for!The kitchen appliances are also really nice and great for cooking during our stay. While well-equipped overall, we did notice it could potentially use a couple more mid-sized pots and pans and some microwave-safe plates for future guests, but we had everything we needed during our visit.We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home. Beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. The renovations were really well done. Add a full length mirror and some hooks for hanging beach/bath towels and it’s perfect. Thanks for having us!
