Perched near the Gulf of Alaska and boasting seven bedrooms, the Manor on the Hill is the perfect retreat for you and your family or a large group of friends. Located in Anchorage, you'll be able to explore Alaska at its finest as you visit the nearby Chugach State Park, Arctic Valley Ski Area, Alaska Botanical Garden, and many other natural wonders. Learn more about the area and its people when you visit the Anchorage Museum and the Alaska Native Heritage Center. And when you're ready to relax, head back to your spacious stay where many stellar amenities await your enjoyment.

Gather together in the large main living room where soft seating and a large TVawait. Tune into movie marathons here while the chef of your group cooks amongst the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the full kitchen. When you're ready to eat, you will be able to dine comfortably at the sizable dining table. An additional living room and well-equipped kitchen provide more than enough space for everyone to go about their day-to-day activities. A pantry full of kitchen equipment, children's items, and a private washer/dryer add to the amazing interior perks.

The seven bedrooms, each well-decorated and spacious, ensure that everyone's comfort is key! Building upon that comfort, enjoy unwinding in the private sauna, or in one of the large tubs.

Things to Know
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
There is a sofa that converts to a queen size bed in the living room.
When the full property is booked, the home accounts for two separate units with outdoor access to and from each.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: There is a blinking doorbell outside the front entrance of every unit and inside areas where guests are not permitted, such as the owner's space or unit. There are no cameras or recording devices inside any unit rented by guests.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
