This cozy cabin is tucked away in the quiet Clark Lake subdivision. Enjoy the beautiful mornings with a stroll around Clark Lake or swim at the public beach. The cabin is perfectly situated for the adventure seekers looking to kayak at Schauer Park or hike White Dunes and Cave Point Park. Experience all that Door County has to offer with the wonderful restaurants and shopping of Bailey's Harbor, Egg Harbor, or Downtown Sturgeon Bay. All three attraction are all just a 15 min drive away!

This open concept cabin is perfect for a small family or a couples retreat featuring a large dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer king size beds and plenty of storage space with full closets and dresser. The living room has a an additional pull out sofa (with a new memory foam mattress) for the kids or another couple. The living room features electric fireplace, TV, and plenty of board games for the cool summer nights.

The Cabin features an outdoor deck, full back and side yard along with a firepit. (firewood not included). The driveway is big enough to fit your boat or recreational vehicles. The property is adjacent to a private deer sanctuary.

The cabin was well stocked, thoughtfully set up, clean, and easy to get into. If you are a side sleeper be aware the mattresses are very firm

Cozy retreat

The property was exactly as described. Located on a quiet street close to Cave Point and Whitefish Dunes State Park, the home was a great location for those looking to spend some time in nature as well as the townships of DC. The home was cozy and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several of our own meals. We had a great stay and would definitely book this for our next visit to DC!

Cute cozy cabin found everything we needed for the week. Somewhat disappointed in lack of a water view. There Was a water view if you crossed the street and looked through the trees lol. Also would have been nice to have a lake access within walking distance. Otherwise the place was very clean and we had a wonderful time.

Weekend Getaway

Great cozy little cabin that has all the amenities you need. Good location close to Whitefish Dunes state park and Cave Point county park. All the towns are within a short drive, and the neighborhood is very quiet and private.

A gem off the beaten path!

This wonderful property is even better than the listing indicates. It has excellent lighting and airflow that we didn’t need to use the air conditioning. The couches were comfortable. Wish we would have been able to stay longer and take advantage of the back deck and friendly neighborhood.

Cabin-like feel

Super clean, quiet, and cozy. Very close to Whitefish Dunes State Park, one of our favorites. We could see Clark Lake but public access was a drive. We had never stayed on this side of Door county and it was fun to explore. This place has all amenities we needed. Property owners were organized and responsive. Thank you!

Overall enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our girls trip staying at the property! It was close to cave point for hiking and swimming and not in the super crowded other towns. The back patio was great for late night wine drinking and morning breakfast outside. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals and main living space was cute and clean. A few points to note: sheets for the pull out couch could not be found based on description in guest book and we wish there would have been a hair dryer. Additionally, if you are sensitive to smells the water is very sulfuric with a strong smell.

Nice place, nice location

Clean, comfortable small home in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Remember to bring toiletries, any cooking oil, spices or condiments you may need (the kitchen is otherwise well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils) and enough clean clothes for your stay. No false advertising here. No washer/dryer were indicated in the description, so we knew that.

Family vacation

Twenty years ago, my husband and I spent our honeymoon in Door County close to this location. For this milestone anniversary, we wanted to bring our kids to the same area and celebrate with them. This cabin by Whitefish Dunes State Park ended up being the perfect location for us, nestled between Clark Lake and the Lake Michigan shore. We rode bikes, went to the beach, hiked around the state park, drove to Bailey's Harbor, Sister Bay, and the end of the peninsula. And then each day, at the end of the day, we were able to come back to this lovely, comfortable cabin. It couldn't have been a better 4-day vacation. My youngest son was in tears when we finally had to leave.

Nice and quiet, but very isolated.

We enjoyed staying here. However, we were surprised to see that the home was sparcely stocked with bathroom and kitchen items. Only the very basics. We were also not expecting to have the water smell of rotten eggs. I realize this is due to the source of the local water. It's a very quiet area and the proximity to the two natural areas on Lake Michigan is a plus!
