The space
This home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional sleeping space is available in the seating area off the primary bedroom, where a cozy couch can double as a bed. Spanning 2200 sq. ft. across 2 floors, the home is designed for guests to entertain and relax.

There is free parking onsite and on the street. Enjoy parking in the garage, where there is room for 2 vehicles.

Easily check-in via the keypad. The entire condo is for guests to use, except 2 closets that are locked.

Neighbourhood
The condo is located in a residential neighborhood in Northwest Bozeman, offering a serene retreat while being conveniently close to shopping areas. It serves as an ideal base camp for exploring the many recreational opportunities for which Bozeman is known. Downtown Bozeman and Montana State University are just an 11-minute drive away, Bridger Bowl is approximately 28 minutes away, and Big Sky Resort is an hour's drive from the condo.

Bozeman is known as “the most livable place” for good reason. Enjoy world-renowned fly fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, hunting, and backcountry exploring. Yellowstone National Park and abundant wildlife are also nearby. Don’t miss out on Bozeman’s city experience - explore the vibrant arts and culture scene with main street festivals, farmers markets, cultural centers, museums, symphonies, theaters, and art galleries.


Getting around
There is free parking onsite and on the street.

Getting around is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you'll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana's beauty. The immediate area is very bikeable and walkable.



We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
No smoking, no pets, no parties. Please wash your dishes and start a load of towels on your way out.

Comfy Condo

This condo had everything we needed for a two night stay. The kitchen and living area was large enough for seven of us to hang out together. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was a shortage of hot water for everyone to shower.

Nice accomodations

Spacious Condo, well stock kitchen. Very clean. Centrally located made getting around town easy. Great communications with the host. Only areas of concern was the garage was challenging to get a large SUV in/out. TV buffered every few minutes making watching TV frustrating. Tried resetting router a few times but no change. Overall good stay.

Excellent property

This home was clean, well stocked and close to everything in Bozeman. This is their perfect property if you are flying in to or out of Bozeman since it is a quick, easy 10 minute drive to airport. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with items you usually aren’t provided in a VRBO. Our family will definitely be back! Loved it!! Thank you!

Great Experience

We brought a team of Strongman up to Bozeman for a competition and everything about the property helped to reduce our stress and anxiety for the show. Our hosts were perfectly distant, but responsive. We used the kitchen for meals and had everything we needed. The showers were luxurious and the beds were perfect after a competition. Highly recommend!! Thanks again for having us!!!

Wonderful Accommodations

This unit was beautiful and very clean! We stayed a week at this property and it was more than enough for just the two of us. It would comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. The appliances were all in great condition and made it easy to prepare meals and wash clothes. Tessa was very good about communicating with us. The property was along side a walking path and allowed for easy access to all parts of Bozeman. It is relatively close to the highway and airport. You are 20 minutes from Bridger Bowl and 5-10 minutes from grocery stores and Main Street shopping. I would highly recommend this property if you are coming to the Bozeman area!

Cute, Clean and Quiet

We stayed recently with friends for the weekend. It is well suited to two couples staying there, as there are two king beds and ample closet space. One of the rooms does share a jack and jill bathroom with the third bedroom, and that is also the only downstairs bathroom (that has to be entered through a bedroom). The property has coffee and filters stocked and a few basic spices. The beds were comfortable with down comforters and the towels were fluffy and well stocked. There was minimal noise and we all slept great. The location was not too far from the freeway and 19th (which has many stores and restaurants) and about 14 minutes from the airport. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to travelers in the area for a comfortable, quiet and safe stay in Bozeman.

Wedding weekend

My family of three stayed her with my brother’s family for three nights. Getting in was easy and the place was clean. Plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. The coffee grinder and French press was a bonus. Location was great for us being just off Baxter and close to 19th street. The wedding was near 4-corners, which made us less than 10 minutes away. Couple of items. Because my brother had a 2-year old, we sometimes came and went separately. It would have been nice to have a second means of getting into the apartment. The layout of the downstairs bedroom is very weird. In the upstairs bedroom, the barn door into the bath is not effective. It cannot be locked and doesn’t give adequate privacy. It also had a tendency to trap the person inside.
