Location, Location in the heart of Seagrove! This 2 bedroom Commodore's Retreat condo is a great beach front condo that was completely remodeled in 2023. With spectacular views, an elevator and also a ramp for the beach, this property is great for all ages. Enjoy your private oasis and non crowded beaches tucked away in the highly desired Eastern Lake section of 30A. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella set up included. It's perfect for enjoying hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking or relaxing on the balcony listening to the waves splash against the white sandy beach.

Commodore's Retreat 303 comfortably sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master, and 2 full beds in the second bedroom. All beds have brand new top of the line Sealy Posturpedic mattresses. These are the same mattresses the Fairmont uses. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream.

Commodore’s Retreat offers gulf front accommodations, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 4 story building is in Seagrove Beach adjacent to Eastern Lake, between Seaside and Rosemary Beach! This charming development features a community pool and private beach access. Special meals can be cooked on one of the community grills available on the property. The 19 mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of scenic Hwy. 30A is conveniently located very close to this complex.

Beautiful Seagrove Beach Condo

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the gulf. Very clean & close to restaurants & shopping. The only issue we had which isn’t the hosts fault, is the elevator broke down for a couple of days. The elevator was just replaced in March. Not sure why it broke down. We had to carry all of our belongings individually down & up 45 stairs several times in order to not carry heavy suitcases. That was not fun for my daughter & I. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip at this very nice condo & beautiful beach.

Beautiful view

Condo was nice and clean - the master bedroom and second bedroom face the elevator and there were blinds that did nothing for the large bright light that looked like a spaceship into the master bedroom - it was daylight in both bedrooms - I would suggest black out curtains - there were no hangers so we left 20 hangers we bought at Publix - something else would be instructions on using the TV and Remote and to upgrade WIFI

Outstanding!

We had an excellent stay. The property manager was highly communicative and the condo exceeded expectations. The outdoor lighting in the hallways and elevator was missing bulbs but that is not the condo owners fault. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Ladies, bring your make up mirror. Two minor suggestions: add an ironing board and some hangers. We will certainly book this condo again!

Great condo on the beach.

We loved the condo! It has been recently redone and has a new, clean feel with perfect beach decor. We loved the location and the private beach wasn’t crowded around it. The building and elevator wasn’t maintained nearly as well as the inside of the condo was but we loved being able to just walk out to the beach. The balcony was a bit of a disappointment. With such a beautiful view, we had hoped to spend some time out there but it needs an update out there to go with the inside of the condo. We would recommend renting the beach chairs in front of the property as our spot was set up and reserved each day and it was so nice but you need to factor in that expense. We would stay here again!
