Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and the beautiful beach, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator issue during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive with plans to prepare meals and then have to adjust unexpectedly. Kristen, Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your recent stay at Beachcrest 904! We were truly honored to have you as our guest and we are very thankful for your kind words and rating. When it comes to the complimentary beach service that is set up daily for Beachcrest guests, we do understand that having to wake up early to claim chairs can be kind of pain and while we do wish there was something we could do, that is out of our control. Not having to pay for chairs and umbrella is a nice bonus though! We hope this does not deter you from staying with us again! Benchmark Management
