We were quite comfortable in this house and enjoyed the proximity to Seaside, Watercolor and 30 A. Communication was fantastic and they worked with us to get us the dates we needed. Very well pleased and would stay here again. Really enjoyed the nearby pickle ball courts as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this 30A property! The home was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect—just a short trip to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The property manager was very attentive and responsive as well. He gave us tips and tricks about the local area and all information we needed for our stay! We felt welcome and taken care of throughout our vacation. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay here again!

Awesome family vacation!

Perfect Beach vacation

Clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for great stay. Family friendly with spaces for us to spread out and relax. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Can't wait to hang out on the screened in balcony again!

Great Beach Getaway

Property was excellent for this time of year. Wish it were closer to the beach but was extremely close to Publix and shopping.

Thanks for the 5 star review; glad you had a great stay with family and friends! You mentioned wishing it were closer to beach. Being closer to beach, cost would be higher and not as relaxing due to car and pedestrian traffic. Naturewalk only has 1 entrance and exit, no through traffic, is only a 10 min bike or drive to beach, close to Seaside, has a wonderful pool area, and provides a more affordable option than some other locations. (providing this explanation to assist others)

Perfect Beach Vacation!!!

Beautiful, modern, clean accommodations... plenty of room, peaceful neighborhood. Relaxing without all the crowds... rode the bikes to beach every day... easy access. Minutes away from Seaside with shops and lots of food!!

Nice property and plenty of room. Quaint, quite neighborhood. Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but was convenient to Seaside and grocery store.

Summer 2025

The property was perfect size for us and we loved the location. We really loved the pool for the kids and we were close to everything. One thing is the floors needed a good mop as they made our feet black and some of the dishes were not clean. A golf cart would be a great add and some way to access the house from the front doors as we had to go out the garage every time, but again minor stuff. Loved the porches to hang out and chill.

Here are the facts and this reply is from David, owner/operator of the mgmt company who is personally involved in all aspects of the business. Go back 6 years here on vrbo and read the other 38 reviews; we never have cleanliness complaints. The lady who cleaned this home has been doing so for 3 years and she is an amazing, hard working mother who takes pride in her work; past reviews speak for themselves. More facts...this guest actually reserved this home (last year) April 2024; to stay June 2024. We charged their card half early April and were about to charge card 2nd half in May when he reached out and said they couldn't make their stay in June due to finances. Many mgmt companies would have kept the 1st payment of $2100; or refunded it with a cancellation fee; we did neither and refunded full amount. Now, 1 year later guest stays in this home and never once asked about golf cart options, we would have happily recommended a few great companies. More facts...during guest's 7 day stay; they had zero complaints and nothing but praise. A few days after check in I personally sent guest a text asking if everything was going ok with stay and this was his reply 'yes, thanks for asking.' Then 1 day before check out guest randomly texts me saying 'we're having an amazing time, place is perfectly sized for us and location is super; we love the pool.' I replied thanking guest for staying the week and his final text said 'absolutely, we loved it'. The front doors of this home, like many in Naturewalk and surrounding areas is a french door style; actually has 2 doors; same with 2nd floor leading to porch. Due to being 2 doors, we placed the commercial grade Kaba lock on the single back door leading from garage into home. Never had a complaint about this; it's common and actually makes the home more secure. Garage is full size and most park in garage or driveway near back door. If walking or riding bikes back to home and home is locked, you enter through garage; that's it, very simple. More facts...I visited home shortly after guest departed to check on it and drop off a few items. There was sand and tons of food crumbs all over the 1st floor kitchen and dining areas. It looked like guest didn't sweep or vacuum for the entire week. We don't request or expect guests to vacuum during stay; but it's a common courtesy and if you make that much of a mess during your stay and are ok with it, well...that demonstrates what you're use to or shows lack of mindfulness and respect. Lastly, as you can see from other reviews, I keep responses short. In this case, it's lengthy because we work hard to ensure guests have a great stay, extend hospitality through excellent service, and provide a beautiful home for folks to enjoy. When this is not appreciated, respected, and false claims are spoken; we must reply with the truth. Many years of excellent service and reviews is not a coincidence; it's a personal love of service and hospitality.

First time to 30A!!

Beautiful home filled with all you need for a fabulous vacation!! This was our first time visiting 30A and we will be back. David stayed in touch with us and provided so much information about the area- he was amazing to work with.

Great vacation

We had an issue at the very beginning but the David the rental manager handled it very efficiently and it didn’t affect anything! The house was great and location was convenient for great food and the beach! The shuttle for the beach was convenient when we decided to use it and the pool was nice to have as an option. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a great time!!

Fantastic Get Away

We had the best time! The home was very clean, beautiful and completely perfect. David was great to work with as well. We highly recommend this property. We rented a golf cart and was able to get around easily. Perfect location.

Clean and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Short bike ride to the beach or Seaside. Location was ideal if you’re looking for quiet time in evening. Close to Publix which was a big convenience. Great experience overall!

The Emerald Jewel was Perfect!

The house, neighborhood and 30A area are perfect! The house was very clean and David was very professional. We really enjoyed our stay....we will be back.

Great week for our family !

This property had everything we needed. Clean, big, well furnished. Great pools with hot tub. Bikes, a great trail to the beach. Close to Publix and Watercolor. Thanks to the property manager for quick responses and knowledge of the area.
