This home is 6 minutes away from Kauffman (Go Royals!) and Arrowhead (Go Chiefs!) Stadiums. It is 10 minutes from the Harry S Truman Presidential Library and Museum, The Truman Home, Independence Square, Community of Christ World Headquarters, LDS Visitors Center, Mormon Walking Tour, and St. Mary's Catholic Church and Parish.
T-Mobile Center, Power and Light, Westport and the Plaza are all 15 minutes away.

I am available from 8am through around 9pm 7 days a week. I do my best to respond within minutes. Occasionally, it takes longer.

The home sits in a quiet Cul-De-Sac and is located 6 minutes north of Kauffman and Chiefs Stadiums.

Your personal vehicle, Uber, Lyft or a rental car is your best bet to get around the greater Kansas City area.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

Fun family trip. This home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to the ballpark and grocery store. The owner was quick to respond. I would stay here again.

Ed Sheeran in Concert @ Arrowhead Stadium

We picked this location because it was less than a 10-minute drive to Arrowhead Stadium. It was large enough for three couples and plenty of room for another couple. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. We should definitely stay here again.

Nice

Quiet neighborhood. Cozy home. Would stay again. Host is AWESOME! I inadvertently had wrong dates with my reservation and didn't notice til 2 days before. Host has other properties in area and he found one that would work for us. Thank goodness!

Kansas City Stay

My Vrbo stay in Kansas City had some significant issues. The persistent plumbing problem leading to a bad smell, cleanliness issues in multiple areas, pet hair under the sofa, dirty bathroom mats and fly-covered window seals were major concerns. It's positive that the cleaning service was responsive, but the overall experience seems subpar. Francesca

I apologize for how the home was when you arrived. We were able to get the cleaning company back to the home early the day after you reported the issues. From what you messaged, it sounded like they did a great job and you were very satisfied. The way the home was when you arrived was below our standards, and I'm very sorry about that.

Trip to Independence

We stayed 3 nights and had 9 people with us. Overall I don't have major complaints, but some concerns that I hope they address with their property maintenance crew. We had some issues with a bathtub not draining, but Rob was extremely responsive and fixed it fast. The electrical outlets in the kitchen/dishwasher suddenly stopped working and they were not able to fix that before we had to leave, unfortunately, but I don't blame them for that. My concerns revolve around the detailed cleaning of the inside of the property, though nothing major. I spoke with Rob and discussed them and feel confident that they will be addressed. Consequently, we would likely stay here again given the chance.
