We spent our second Thanksgiving at Kirk’s home and it was wonderful. Not a thing missing. Home is so comfortable - sofa, chairs, kitchen, beds, bedding, all of it. So many amenities provided that you don’t find in all vacation rentals - bathroom and kitchen. The welcoming gift of wine, soda and snacks is just above & beyond. TV works easily with Spectrum app. Cooked a full turkey meal in the kitchen and the dining room is extra large. Driveway fits 3 cars. Neighborhood is quiet and house is set way back from the road. Lovely outdoor space. Look forward to returning.

We had such a lovely time. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Amazing home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable home! The neighborhood is super cute, location was perfect. The house was very well appointed, thermostat was accurate, plenty of towels, comfortable beds - I have absolutely nothing negative to say! We only stayed one night as we were on the college tour circuit, but if my daughter chooses UGA, I will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect stay

A girl’s trip for my sister’s 40th birthday was even better because of your perfect, relaxing space! Location is amazing, close to downtown and Beechwood. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The space was well appointed and clean. We certainly appreciated the amenities like jittery joes coffee, toiletries, and snacks. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to stay in Athens!

Fantastic! 5-Star! Look no further!

We were in need of a comfortable home to host Thanksgiving for our UGA law school son and some classmates. We rent many vacation homes in several states and the hosts of this home are 5-star! They’ve thought of everything you’ll need and include many amenities that most hosts don’t include - bathroom essentials, kitchen supplies, many spices, etc. They even left us 2 bottles of wine, coffee, soda and snacks! The kitchen is incredible and I was easily able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. Dining room is much larger than the pictures show and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find the turntable and vinyl - and all albums we love! The family room is very comfortable and the TV is easily seen from the kitchen. Outdoor space is lovely including a TV. Bedrooms are quiet and bedding was so nice. 2 full baths with luxury towels. This home is all you need for a wonderful visit to Athens. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!
