Linens are not provided (sheets, bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels). Must bring your own.

Please make sure to complete the rental agreement with this VRBO listing. It will be sent via DocuSign.

Please Note House Rules:

-Must be 25 years of age to book and an adult must accompany minors at the home during the entire rental period. Please do not book for minors, and college students under 25.

- Photos ID’s of all guests 16 and over as well as a list of occupants and ages of everyone staying on the property MUST be sent to the property manager by text or email before your arrival. This is for insurance purposes and for Ocean Lakes to have a list of occupants in case of emergency.

- All Ocean Lakes Campground rules, policies and SC laws apply. Any Ocean Lakes or home rule violations may result in removal with no refund and forfeiture of deposit.

- Home is well maintained. Please report any damage or hazards to property manager immediately.

- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. EVIDENCE OF PETS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT
