On the beach within minutes is this cute 2 BR/2 bath Beach Bungalow. Located in N section across from the Sandy Mart. We have 2 Queen beds, 2 twin beds (bunk beds), comfortably sleeping 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances to allow you to prepare anything from simple snacks to full meals. Flat screens in each bedroom, living room, and outside in the sitting area. Cable and Wifi is included. OUR PROPERTY HAS AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE MAINTAINED WITH A PROFESSIONAL TURNOVER AGENCY PRIOR TO YOUR STAY!

Ocean Lakes has all the amenities and recreational opportunities that anyone could want, to make those unforgettable memories with family and friends. Conveniently located right on the beach is a playground, volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball courts, and BIKE RENTALS! When you are ready to change it up you can take the kids or just yourself to the water park. The park has an Olympic size pool, indoor heated pool, 3 kiddy pools, water slide, and a lazy river open Memorial Day to Labor Day! In-door pool available year round. At the pavilion they have an arcade, and scheduled events in the recreation center. Just behind the water park is the Meet n ‘Eat that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy or join in on some Karaoke on Friday evenings. This is a 24 hour gated community with a private security patrol to keep the area safe. There are church services in the recreation center, as well as on the beach on Sundays if you want to go, everyone is invited. All of these amenities are INCLUDED in the parking pass, $15/vehicle per day, that you purchase from Ocean Lakes online prior to your stay. If your booking more the 30 days out be sure to ask about Express Check-In parking passes, which will save you $3/vehicle per day and you will be able to skip the office and go straight to the house upon arrival!


Parking available for 1 vehicle plus a golf cart. Overflow parking within the campground for additional vehicles.



We are PET FRIENDLY upon approval (2 max- dogs only at $100 per pet for each stay) and provide a complimentary golf cart for your stay.



Weekly rental only (Sat. - Sat.) from Memorial Day through Labor Day. 3 night minimum for remainder of the year. In adhering with Ocean Lakes Family Campground policy, we do not rent to house parties or anyone under the age of 25.

PLEASE READ THROUGH AND FILL OUT RENTAL AGREEMENT WHEN BOOKING! Renters are required to acknowledge house rules prior to arrival. There is a lot of useful information in the rental agreement. Additionally, owners will need you to fill out the front page with your name, address, email, and phone number so that your information can be added to the Ocean Lakes authorization list to access the property/get a parking pass. If unable to attach form to VRBO message, please email it to n89oceanlakes@gmail.com! Once added, renter will receive an email about purchasing the parking pass in advance (it’s sent 45 days prior to your rental dates). PLEASE LOOKOUT FOR THAT EMAIL/CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL. Additionally, no linens or towels are provided for your stay. Linens can be rented prior to arrival (information in rental agreement) or renter is responsible for bringing their own.

Our goal is to make you feel at home during your stay, therefore we keep our house clean and well stocked with amenities, as you would your own. Our family is excited to have been able to purchase this property for our vacations, and equally as excited to share our home with others. We love the location as it is only a minute ride on the golf cart, that is complimentary in the rental, to the beach but just far enough away from the busy section of Ocean Lakes to enjoy some quiet relaxing time. Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a Family oriented community, the rental of this house is intended for families and extended families. It is NOT intended for groups of young singles under the age of 25. Thank you in advance for respecting our home.

So adorable and close to EVERYTHING

We had an amazing stay. The house is so adorable and clean. Communication with the owner was extremely easy. The location is close to EVERYTHING yet off the Main Street making you feel like you are alone when inside which is wonderful when you’re resting. We hope to stay next year and bring our dogs. Thank you for everything!!!

Great Vacation Spot

The house was just right for 3 adults, child and a dog. The table was great for family games late into the night. The couch was so comfortable, it was a struggle to stay awake once you sat down on it after a day at the beach! The owner was quick to respond to all my questions before our trip and during our stay. Ocean Lakes had more things to do than we could manage to get to, even with being there for a week!

Great stay at Ocean Lakes!

Property was exactly as described. Decor was very tasteful; many rental homes at the beach looks like a Home Goods threw up, but this one was very tastefully done. Second bathroom was very tiny, but size of the main bath made up for that. Washer and dryer worked well and the dishwasher was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again!

Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Cute house, we went down because our son had a baseball tournament, we wanted to bring our dog so we didn’t want a hotel room. Everything was just as listed. I did have to text the owner (because I confused myself) but she responded right away with a phone call.

Very nice little house.

We had a great time on our stay. The house is a little smaller than the pictures make it seem, but it was fine for the 6 of us. My only 'complaint' would be that the 2nd bathroom is tight. It isn't made for larger people.

Adorable beach house!

We had a wonderful stay! Danielle was an amazing host and the house was very clean upon arrival. Everything worked and the tv had lots of streaming options. The golf cart was a wonderful added bonus! We absolutely love ocean lakes and this house was perfect for our stay! The only things I would say we didn’t like were that the mattress pads and comforters weren’t clean enough to use without washing, but that is to be expected at any rental - we brought our own bedding and would recommend that. Overall 10/10 and would stay again! Thank you Danielle!

Pictures flatter the property

When we arrived the place had not been cleaned. Sand was in every room. You would lift up a rug and see a rim of sand. Someone was coming to clean. They were late so we cleaned it ourselves. This property needs work.

Beach Vacation

Honestly, overall it was a great stay. The home was pleasant and there was plenty of room for my family of 3. The home is updated inside, but needs some work. The flooring was lifting, which caused us to trip a couple of times. The beds were extremely squeaky. So much that when you barely moved it’d wake up everyone in the house. I did love how there was a vacuum available for our use. As tons of sand would be tracked in. The grill was so rusted and dirty, we couldn’t even use it. On top of that, the propane tank was empty. Even if we took the time to clean the grill, we couldn’t use it. The worst part, the golf cart did not work the entire week we were there. Which was extremely frustrating as we had to rent a golf cart through OL. Which it that cost us 75 a day. An additional expense we weren’t thinking we’d have to pay. Since we were not offered any other option, we went ahead and paid. BUT, One of the main reason we look for in renting a home, is a working golf cart. That was a disappointment. We absolutely love Ocean Lakes and will continue coming, but unfortunately we would not select this home again.

We recently stayed at this beach home and were excited about the location and amenities, especially the golf cart, which was important for helping my disabled father get around the campground. Unfortunately, the golf cart was in very rough shape — extremely rusted and not safe to drive. We reached out to the owner right away. While she did agree to cover half the cost of renting a replacement through the campground, she referred to the golf cart as just an “amenity,” which was disappointing since it was a key reason we chose this property. As for the home itself, it was cozy and pet-friendly — which we appreciated! Pet hair from previous stays was noticeable when we arrived, and the vacuum provided was completely clogged and unusable. We swept daily and even brought our own bedding to help keep things clean, so we were surprised to be charged a 150 cleaning fee for pet hair after checkout. We did our best to leave the home tidy without having proper cleaning tools to use, so that charge felt a bit unfair.We also noticed that the air conditioning had a hard time keeping the home cool, especially during the hotter parts of the day. We discovered the air filters were extremely dirty, which likely contributed to this. With a little more attention to maintenance and communication, this home could be a great option for future guests. The host was polite and respectful in all our interactions, but it seemed she wasn’t fully aware of the condition and upkeep issues.

Nice but....

We really enjoyed that a golf cart ws included as it is about $500 to rent one. It's not far from the beach and managable with the golf cart. One bedroom doesn't really have a place to store clothes. The furnishings were comfortable and the beds were adequate for a beach rental. The kitchen had tools for cooking and the fridge is a good size. The biggest issue was the floors. They need replacing.. the top layer is coming off some of the planks and when you step on them barefooted they actuall dig into your foot. We could not get the barbecue to start. the starter was broken and I don't think there was gas. I could be wrong about that. There was plenty of hot water; which was appreciated. My grandson loved the hallway bunks but if the adults are staying up in the living room it could be an issue with creating a quiet sleeping environment for the children. I appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dogs but there isn't alot of space for dog beds. Overall it was comfortable for two aduolts and a child. I think it might be a little crouded with more people in the plae. The owner was good about getting back to me with questions so that is always appreciated.
